Description

The water is warm and the views are spectacular. This 1,100 square foot, 12th floor condo sleeps six, with one king bed, two twins, a sleeper sofa and two bathrooms.

The view from your balcony has something special for all your senses. Sun sparkles off the turquoise ocean to the rhythmic sound of waves breaking on silken white sands. Take a deep breath of the salty ocean air as you’re massaged by cooling trade winds.

You can see the private wooden boardwalk that leads from the beach to the oasis of green that makes up the South Seas. Clusters of palm trees encircle a heated pool lined with sun loungers and tables and chairs beneath tiki umbrellas. Pathways wind through manicured gardens filled with colorful bougainvillea and hibiscus, passing tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball and shaded picnic areas. The South Seas community is filled with countless other deluxe amenities, including gas grills, fitness center and a social room with daily activities.

Inside your unit, the coral-hued tile and nautical décor create any easygoing seaside feel. Sliding glass doors fill the rooms with natural light. The beach is the constant backdrop as you entertain guests in the comfort of a living room decorated with colorful paintings of sailboats and bowls of shells and other sea treasures.

The summer kitchen is filled with modern appliances, including a slow cooker since, after all, life in the tropics is slow-paced and relaxing. The blender is ready and waiting for when the day winds down and you need ice cold drinks to sip on the balcony as the setting sun fills the sky with streaks of brilliant orange.

The sliding glass doors in the master suite open up to the balcony, letting you fall asleep to the sound of rolling waves and the image of moonlight reflecting off the night ocean.

The unit is filled with comfort-enhancing features like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, televisions in every room and beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for that short walk to Tigertail Beach.
