Description

Bald Eagle Estate is a beautiful model home, close to beach, the Marriott, and on the water for a short stay or extended family vacation. Our water view is spectacular, and with a boat dock and lift, you can bring your own boat as well. Shopping, and Restaurants are all within walking distance. The beach accesses and Marriott Oceanfront Resort are only 3-5 minutes drive away.

Our home is professionally furnished and decorated with brand new furniture and accessories - New granite Counter top and stainless steel appliances with 20x20 diagonally laid floor on Oct-2014. No need to bring linens or go to the laundromat. We have everything you will need just like home. There is even a restaurant across the street!! This home has a living room, a formal dining room, full gourmet kitchen, well-appointed breakfast area, a cozy family room, three lovely bedrooms, and two full baths. We have Cable & High Speed Internet !!!

As soon as you arrive at the home, you will be welcomed with palm trees, rows of bushes, tropical plants, and a nice walkway to the front door. Upon entrance, the open foyer with vaulted ceiling invites you to rest on the new plush leather sofa, then to peer at the swimming pool overlooking the water view of the canal.

Ah!!! Your rested legs will encourage you to walk through the triple glass sliding door into the lanai where the large heated swimming pool, a vast open water view and a beautiful blue sky await you. You will feel away from it all! In two steps, you are by the pool with your family and friends. The pool is heated during the winter for your comfort. No elevators to hassle with, complete privacy, and no crowds at the pool!

Better yet, you can sit by the boat dock and enjoy the long and wide water view, or drop a line for a fish or two! Perhaps a boat ride to the gulf' Perhaps, the boat dock's lazy furniture further entices you to rest your body further, right on the water! Look no further. This is what you have been looking for!!!

How do damage deposits work?
