Description
The area of Elia with the synonymous sandy beach is 8 kilometres away from Mykonos town. Elia beach is the largest of the south chain of Mykonos beaches with golden sand, great restaurants, beach bars and a nice mixed crowd.
Villa Elia is located in a lovely panoramic position within a private complex of five properties perched uphill from Elia beach. The villa enjoys access to a private patio and spacious ground floor terrace. The private patio with pergola offers alfresco dining with panoramic views to the Aegean Sea and the spacious outdoors. There is plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxation next to the lovely shared pool. Private gated parking is also provided. This Greek villa is built on two levels with an upper ground level entrance to the living room and the kitchen (open plan). The upper ground level has access to the outdoor front (pool) looking patio and a guest WC. The lower ground level has three double bedrooms, 3 separate bathrooms with shower/WC, a second lounge area with a kitchenette and direct access onto the pool terrace.
