Great service, easy to ge and send mail. Location was
near everything dinning, shopping, golf and a short
drive to airport. Living room needs update and some doors
need repair. Great location, easy access and elevator made
moving in and out easy. -

The owners did an excellent job updating the painting, bedding and curtains and flooring in unit 208. Our only complaint was the contractors who left the cupboards uncovered during the sanding and painting and all the dishware in the cabinets were all coated with soot. We had to clean all the dishware silverware before any use. That was a frustrating start. A later visit from the contractor confirmed they never thought to cover the cabinets. All the other needs were met timely. We will no doubt come back for our 7th year. We like the location.

Unit was not very clean. Bedding was very uncomfortable. One of the bed spreads had dog hair all over it (we ended up going out and buying a blanket to use for that bed). While non-essential, several items needed repair (picture had fallen off wall some time ago and was still behind the bed, closet doors were broken, toilet tank in the 1/2 bad was about to fall off, etc.)

being able to walk right out to the ocean is so nice only thing is the beds are what other people say very stiff but other then that was great time cant wait for next yr think its ocean view next yr

We always stay in the same location, this was our first time in this unit. living room furniture was very nice however the beds were horribly uncomfortable, we all woke with backaches every day. We even went and bought a feather bed to use while there ibut only helped only somewhat. We would not stay in this unit again becuase of the beds alone. Also one toilet kept leaking, the other kept running unless we would jiggle the handle. Could use a few more chairs at the pool. Checking and reservations were very easy, great service.

I found the condo to be comfortable and the beach front was great. The only thing that everyone complain about was that the beds were very uncomfortbable. Other than the condo was great and we had a great time. David Wickes
