Description

This luxury single-family attached home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. It is located just one block from the beach (a few minutes to walk) and a few steps away from an outdoor community pool.

Step inside and you are greeted by warm wood floors, cheerful and comfortable seating in the living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a dining table that seats five plus, a large flat screen HD SmartTV with local channels and Netflix streaming. A kitchen, a half bath, laundry with washer and dryer, and access to a fenced backyard patio is also located on the first level.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals for family and friends with seating for two at the breakfast counter. The enclosed backyard features a charcoal grill and a patio set that seats four plus.

The first level also features the master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, dressing table, flat screen HD TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second level features two bed rooms and a full bath with tub/shower combo. One with a comfortable queen bed, love-seat sofa, and flat screen HD TV; another with a queen-bed, a twin-bed, a pull-out trundle bed, flat screen HD TV, and a Blu-ray/DVD player with Netflix streaming.

Parking, high speed internet access (100 Mbp), cable TV, and Netflix streaming are included.

Location: The community is located south part of Myrtle Beach - just minutes away from all the attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment Myrtle Beach has to offer. Close and convenient to Family Kingdom, Broadway at Beach, Market Common area, Malls and Outlets, Brookgreen Garden, and Convention Center.

Response from the owner Just saw this review. It's weird - I can't match/find the traveler's booking during December, 2019 with the reviewer's email address above. Anyway, we were not aware the situations described above. It was a big surprise to me while reading the review (sorry, one and half years late). Had the issues/concerns were communicated, housekeeping would be called immediately to address the concerns.
