This vacation home is perfect for the entire family.

Paros is one of the liveliest islands in the Aegean with many bars and clubs located mostly in two main villages, the port city of Parikia and Naoussa. The owner is a Greek American professional with 84 first-blood relatives still living in the city of Naoussa.

It is in this town on the water in an un-obscured location that this beautiful vacation home rental "My Paros Paradise" has been built.

... It is literally a 5-minute walk to the most amazing restaurants and nightlife, yet completely quiet and separate from the nightlife activities. This home built literally within 35 meters of the ocean has incredible views of Noxos, Mykonos, and Agios Ioannis right from its three verandas and pergola.

All you need to do is add the desire to relax, refresh, and escape the routine to complete this awake meditation vacation!

This vacation home comfortably sleeps six and offers all the amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, full kitchen, completely air-conditioned and heated, with brand new appliances and furniture, two full baths with showers, and as stated, views that are second to none. A new flat-screen television and audio center are part of the package.

This vacation home has been built new and furnished in 2010. The Greek American owner and his family come to the island several times a year and have extended their love and joy of this amazing island and city to those who want something different and special as a vacation retreat.

The city of Naoussa offers everything and anything that is needed from supermarkets to dry cleaning, and the island itself in the port city as well as other villages offer even more choices.

The owner's relatives on the island will be assisting guests and will provide any information to make your vacation stay even more memorable.

A car is suggested but not necessary since the home is in such a perfect location. A rental vehicle would be something to consider in terms of easy access to explore the remainder of the island and to literally village hop and beach travel throughout your experience.

While staying at this vacation rental home "My Paros Paradise"" - you will appreciate the port city of Parikia, travel to Pounda Beach, down to Aliki village, stop by the beautiful village of Glifa, and the luxurious and beautiful town of Drios with its beach-front restaurants, travel to the small port village of Piso Livadi, and visit the town of Marpissa with all its beautiful marble magnificence. A trip to the mountain city of Lefkes will certainly give you panoramic views of this majestic island and a taste of a different mountain lifestyle.

Traveling further north, you will pass the fishing village of Ambelas, going out to Santa Maria and Lageri. You will also visit the beautiful and intriguing beach with strange rock formations called Kolimbithres as well as go all the way to the tip of one of the peninsulas called Agios Ioannis (St. John). As you travel around the island, you will have incredible views of other islands from the companion Antiparos, which is only a 10-minute ferry ride to Noxos, which is the largest of the Cyclades Islands and only inhabitable on one side (side facing Paros) to Mykonos, which is about a 30- to 45-minute boat ride.

The one city that has not been mentioned and that is by far the most magical and truly memorable place on the island is the city of Naoussa. It has an ancient medieval harbor, panoramic views that are second to none, and absolute allure from its restaurants to shopping to its beautiful and magnificent churches. The nightlife in Naoussa is renowned in almost all of Greece. No cars are allowed into the city after sunset, and the fishing village takes on a whole different life at this time. That is not to say that the daytime is without its significant impressive sights and scenes of daily life in this "eternal" village.

Please also note that many of the restaurants are open for winter season, and the island becomes even more magical during that time.

RENTAL DEPOSIT:
$300.00 Euro and a credit card that will be refunded as soon as the premises are inspected after leaving.

* If guests are requiring housekeeping, there will be an extra charge for daily or twice a week housekeeping.

  Me and my family stayed in Naussa for more than 10 days this summer, and this apartments was absolutely awesome. We found it clean and with all needed kits (as Italian we need different pieces in the available kitchen set .. but no problem) .
  the location then were incredible .. the patio opens directly on a lower cliff with a view on the blue infinite sea of the Greek island... picture can barely tells you the magic of this place.
  Let's add also that Naussa is just 5/10 min of a nice walk from here.
  
  About the on-site support the owner is not living in the island but his brother is the manager of one hotel just 10 min walk from the house, and so you have all the support you might need.
  So I would say absolutely satisfied with everything, thank you Mr. Bafitis.

  This beautiful new home hosted our amazing visit to Paros. It is beautiful with views from all the windows of the sea. The sea, where you can look straight across to Mykonos, is about 50 metres from the door, a lovely beach is about 5 minute walk and the picturesque, quaint town of Naousa is only a five minute walk away. We couldn't believe it when we first walked through the door. Everything is immaculately presented with plenty of room inside and outside on the terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped and modern. The bedrooms are large as are the bathrooms. Everything, but everything, in this typical Greek house is very very well done.
  
  We were worried about staying at Naousa and not Parikia but Naousa, for us, was definitely the place to stay on Paros. Especially at night Naousa is enchanting. It is so romantic and charming. Our first night we walked in we were "oohing" and "aahing" around every corner. Great choice of restaurants and facilities for every budget.
  
  Harold was wonderful to deal with - and his cousin, whom he organised for us to deal with on Paros, was also excellent. This place is extremely quiet and private with wonderful sea views, but with the added advantage of being a five minute walk from the town. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay here if you choose this villa. Thank you.
