Beautiful 4 apartments , 120-square-meter, 2 or 3 bedroom, by Ponta Negra Beach, right beside Morro do Careca (107meter high Dune) and the environment preservation area. From the balcony you can see all the oceanfront, from Morro do Careca to Via Costeira until dunes of Genipabu. The Condo has private access to the beach. The fine job in the apartments has an excellent standard. The Coco Beach Apart can offer an unforgettable stay for those who like both beach and nature. Going down some steps you will get to the most peaceful part of Ponta Negra You will be able to take a bath in the natural pools of the Morro do Careca where you find a calm and clean sea which receives the visit of dolphins and turtles.
You can make Stand Up , Swim or walk to know this wonderful preservation area.
We work especially with familiies , couples or friends that want to have a healthness and right holidays , having a very nice ambient , safe and relaxing, all in front of the natural pool of the Morro do Careca and close to all services of Ponta Negra .
For who likes true holidays on the beach , there is not better place than Coco Beach , we have the best and bigger apartments on the beach , in front of the ocean , with a big balcony , opening the gate of the Condominium you will be in the sand , in front of us the natural swimming pool without waves and without dangers for the children
We have best and bigger balcony of Ponta Negra where you can put two amach in the night , can relax in the amach and listen the sound of the sea , cause in front of the Condominium have only the sea , a true paradise on the Ponta Negra Beach, there is .also a big table to have Coffee , drink and eat seeing the sea and the beach, from the balcony you can also see dolphins , you don´t need coach to go to beach , you are in the beach........you can have bath in the quite sea during all the day ...in the night too.....
The apartment is very big , big bathrooms , big bedrooms , big dining room and big kitchen....and also all the service nearby like Restaurant , Taxi , Bus , Drugstore , Supermarket.............we have deivery of everything too.
The place is quite , we have silent cause our neighbour is the protect area of Morro do Careca a 120m high Dune .......magic....
The satisfaction is guaranteed.

“Lovely place”
Love the location, although it's a bit far from everything. You will need a car if you want to get to places. Beds are clean bathroom are nice. Would stay again for the next trip.
