New, Pretty & CLEAN home that is also in Great Location (Near Beach, Restaurants & Activities! )

OFF SEASON (May, June, Sept & Oct) is the BEST Value to be at the shore, if you don't have school-age children. The weather is still great, the Beach, Boardwalk, Restaurants & Activities are ALL still OPEN, but the crowds, long lines & traffic are GONE. Plus the price is about 1/2 of peak summer so you can stay 2 weeks for the price of 1 peak week.

Imagine having your family stay at the beach this summer! You can wake up & be at the beach in 5 minutes(1 block away). You can walk along the beach or boardwalk anytime, day or night. You can read a book or enjoy a BBQ in the backyard. This newly renovated private home is in a quiet, family-oriented area perfect for Families of 4-6.

HOUSE LAYOUT - Master Bedroom has queen & twin, the 2nd bedroom a twin & trundle (can be used as 1 or 2 twins or 1 queen bed). Clean pillows, mattress pads & blankets. New, full, eat-in kitchen, lovely living room with leather furniture & great scenic views, big screen cable TV, DVD, & free wireless Internet. Comfortable, clean bedrooms & bathroom (w/tub & shower). Central air, 4 adult beach passes & 2 on-site parking spots included. Large, fenced-in backyard has chairs, table, umbrella, loungers & grill.

PERFECT LOCATION - Situated ONLY 1 block to Beach, Beach Entrance & Boardwalk. Our beach entrance is special since it has a food court so you can grab a drink, snack or meal and eat at the tables provided or bring in onto the beach with you. Also, there are lots of restrooms and there are showers so you can rinse off before you leave. The beach & boardwalk are open all day and night. Jogging or Bike riding is permitted on the boardwalk before 9am. There are plenty of benches plus there is an lovely area to watch the boats go out and return from the ocean. You can even surf fish. There is also the Fisherman's Monument with wall fishing and a sitting area nearby. Brand New Playground near Fisherman's monument at the end of the block.

ACTIVITIES & ENTERTAINMENT - We are near all kinds of activities & entertainment for every age. Short walk to Jenkinson's Pavilion & Amusement Park with lots of rides, arcades, games, slot machines, miniature golf (3 courses), fun house, rock climb, batting cages, aquarium & lots more. **In Summer, there are FREE Weekly Children's Shows, plus FREE Weekly Music Festivals, Fireworks, Crab Races, Beach combing with marine experts, Beach Bingo, Talent Show & Family Movies on the Beach. These are FREE EVERY WEEK! Near marina with boat rentals, fishing charters, Mississippi paddle wheel boat excursions, Treasure Island boat ride for kids, para-sailing & water taxi. Near lots of restaurants from fast food to fine dining---all eateries are kid-friendly. Many food courts with foods to satisfy the fussiest of appetites. Many restaurants have Live Music and Dancing from Children's Concerts to Current Hits to Golden Oldies to Karaoke!

NEARBY ACTIVITIES & TOWNS -Only a 5 minute drive to NJ Transit train station Stop.
