“Our home away from home!” We have rented with the Boumans for the past 4 years and this residence has always exceeded our expectations. The home is immaculately kept and offers all the amenities a family could need for a comfortable vacation. It is conveniently located within a short walking distance from the bay and the ocean, as well as restaurants, playgrounds and fishing/crabbing. About Asbury Park

Asbury Park is located on New Jersey's central coast and was first discovered as a residential resort in 1871 by James A. Bradley. Bradley developed the majority of the infrastructure within the area which led to the huge tourist industry. Such structures included the orchestra pavilion and the pier. In 1888, Ernest Schnitzler built the merry-go-round, which led to several other amusements.

The 1920s saw the construction of the Paramount Theater, the casino and the Carousel House. These days, the destination has been undergoing major developments for modernization.
