This spacious newly remodeled 9 bedroom house is available year-round. Fully equipped, this house includes 5.5 baths (one with single person jet tub), dishwasher & disposal, washer & dryer, 3 fireplaces with firewood, 4 living rooms (each with a flatscreen TV), recreation room with pool table, poker table, air hockey, ping pong table, foosball, darts, chess table, bar & sauna. BEDS: 3 king, 3 queens, 2 doubles & 1 twin (2). This house is strictly no smoking and no pets. Child friendly, it includes baby gates, crib, pack-n-play, booster seat and high chair. For rent by owner. A security deposit of $600 (refundable) and 9% NH lodging tax are required. FREE broadband internet with wireless access.

We are available by phone, email or text if there is anything you need before or during your stay. Although we do not live in North Conway (2 hours south), we have a handyman & house cleaner who can stop by if you have a problem during your stay.

Loved the house lots of room for everyone, great view, loved the individual heating system, suggest a barrel for the recycle would be helpfull

Response from the owner I'm glad you enjoyed your stay! We wish we could have a recycling barrel, but unfortunately they don't collect recycling in N Conway.

How do damage deposits work?
