This upscale Mar Vista Grande ocean-front condo is tastefully decorated and in pristine condition. Situated on the widest, smooth stretch of sand beach in North Myrtle Beach, this top-end luxury condo features an expansive balcony with a spectacular 180-degree view of the Atlantic ocean. The view will simply steal your breath away. Each moment of the day presents a unique nature display – sunrise at dawn, sunset at dusk, the sparkling sunlight dancing on the vast ocean under the blue sky, an overcast day where the sun and the clouds playing hike and seek, a romantic a moonlit night…This can also be your premium seat for fireworks shows on Independence Day. Enjoy dinner on your private balcony and watch the spectacular fireworks shows up and down the Grand Stand all the way to Broadway At The Beach!

Mar Vista Grande is located in the famed Ocean Drive section of the Grand Strand. Swimming, sunning, beach combing, or just relaxing is merely a walk out the door. An array of amenities is designed to renew and refresh you at every turn. The outdoor swimming pool, lazy river, and Jacuzzi hot tub overlook the ocean. The facility also features an indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. You will also find a kiddie pool for your youngsters and a seasonal Tiki bar to fulfill your thirst and a quick bite (wraps, pizzas, burgers…). The complex also provides a state-of-the-art fitness center to include a full range of equipment for staying fit and healthy. The garage has 5 indoor parking levels with unlimited parking space. For your electric car, the charging area is conveniently located right next to the garage.

The condo is on 12th floor. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, and hardwood floors. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and the master bedroom have a picturesque view of the ocean. The common room has a 50-inch SMART 4K TV. Each bedroom has an HDTV. High-speed wireless internet is complimentary.

The master bedroom has a king bed. Each of the 2 guest bedrooms has two queen beds (4 queen beds total). Each bedroom has its own private bath.

This condo is convenient to everything that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer, including water sports, beachcombing, golf, tennis, music theaters, history tours, cultural amusements, fine and casual dining, dazzling nightlife, and extraordinary shopping. In particular, with many golf courses just minutes away, the condo is an ideal landing for golfers.

Myrtle Beach is the hub of the Grand Strand with a 60-mile string of beaches. It’s also known for its celebrity-designed golf courses and miniature golf. Along its beachfront boardwalk are arcades, souvenir stands and restaurants, as well as the old-fashioned Family Kingdom amusement park and the SkyWheel, one of the country’s tallest Ferris wheels.

(2) North Myrtle Beach:

North Myrtle Beach is part of the Grand Strand, a 60-mile string of Atlantic beaches. Downtown, Main Street is lined with shops, eateries and bars. Alligator Adventure is an animal park featuring swamps with reptiles, plus live shows. By the ocean, O.D. Pavilion Amusement Park offers fairground rides and traditional snacks. Nearby McLean Park has a lake and picnic shelters.

(3) Broadway at the Beach (15 miles south): The largest festive entertainment complex in South Carolina - a $250 million attraction set on 350-acres in the heart of Myrtle Beach. It features theaters, restaurants, over 100 specialty shops, 15 attractions, 11 nightclubs, and 3 hotels, all surrounding a 23-acre lake.

(4) Barefoot Landing (4.3 miles south): Set along the Intracoastal Waterway, Barefoot Landing offers a unique shopping, dining, and entertaining experience in a setting reminiscent of an old fishing village around a 27-acre lake. The Alabama Theater for traditional country music is part of this complex.

(5) Alligator Adventure (adjacent to Barefoot Landing): An animal park showcasing a range of species featuring swamps with alligators, plus live shows.

(6) Cherry Grove Fishing Peer (2.9 miles north): The 985-foot fishing pier offers a tackle shop, a restaurant/bar & a 2-story observation deck. Crabbing, clamming, fishing is abundant in this area.
