Description
Sea Mist is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath duplex located directly on the oceanfront, providing a gorgeous view of the glistening Atlantic Ocean from two sides of the living room, master bedroom and from the two large private balconies. Access to the beach is immediately adjacent to the property.
This property has always been very popular with previous rental guests and it has just now gone through a complete upgrade with several major renovations in preparation for the 2018 rental season. If you liked this property before, you will absolutely love it now with all the new items and fresh new look.
Some of the new and updated items are as follows: New luxury plank flooring throughout, all bathrooms have been updated with new vanities, toilets and refinished showers, all new light fixtures, ceiling fans and door knobs throughout house, all walls and trim freshly painted throughout house, new high quality resin deck furniture on oceanfront decks and some new indoor furniture items as well. This home recently had all new appliances installed in early 2017.
As you enter this home on the first living level (level 1) you will be greeted by 3 nice size bedrooms. The master is located on the Oceanside of the home and has its own master bath with tub and shower combination. It is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan and a flat screen TV. This room provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony where you will find fabulous ocean views.
Down the hallway on this bedroom level you will find a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer.
On the street side of the first living level you will find bedroom 2 which has a queen bed, flat screen TV and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3 is also located on this level and is centrally located between the master and bedroom 2. It is equipped with two sets of twin bunks (sleeps 4), flat screen TV/DVD and will be a great place for the kids to hang out. Across the hallway you will find a full bath with tub and shower combination that accommodates bedrooms 2 and 3.
As you move on up to the next living level (level 2) you will be greeted by a large open space which includes the living room, dining, kitchen and half bath. This is where the views become really captivating.
The living room is open and spacious and is equipped with plenty of seating for the family to enjoy time together. The living room has a large flat screen TV with cable, DVD player and WiFi is provided throughout. This room provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony where you will find comfortable seating for enjoying the early morning sunrise as it peeks above the glistening horizon.
The dining area has ample seating for 8 at the large table and seating for 2 others at the kitchen bar area.
The kitchen is very spacious and is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations. It is equipped with all required major and small appliances. All major appliances are stainless steel and include a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, range/oven, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The small counter appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The bright openness of this area is the perfect way to stay connected with family while cooking, relaxing or just playing games. For your added convenience there is a half bath just off the kitchen and adjacent to the living room.
As you can easily see, Sea Mist has lots to offer at an affordable price. Come, and be one of the first to enjoy all the new 2018 upgrades provided and let’s not forget those fabulous views of the glistening Atlantic Ocean right outside the door.
