Description
Beautiful oceanfront 4 bedroom 4 bath home with a nice, sunny, sitting room off the great room. It has a double futon in it and can be closed off and used as an extra sleeping area. The great room is nice and large with plenty of seating from which to enjoy the spectacular view. WiFi is provided. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs.
All upstairs bedrooms have deck access and private baths. There's a nice view of the sound from the street side of the house and lots of deck space.
An outside hot and cold enclosed shower with a dressing area is available and there is a private heated swimming pool. The pool is available from April 1st through October 31st. The pool heater will be available ONLY during the months of April, May and October.
Dogs (only) are allowed only with $175 per dog, non-refundable fee.
