Description
This is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhome quadplex that is a direct oceanfront end unit, with outstanding views of the glistening Atlantic Ocean. There are two oceanfront decks for your enjoyment. One is off the living area and the other off the master bedroom. There is a third deck off the kitchen which provides a great place for enjoying those evening sunsets across the Intracoastal Waterway.
The kitchen is very spacious and provides everything needed for basic meal preparation. There is a convenient half bath just off the kitchen and living area.
The living, kitchen and dining area are all on the main first level with access out to an oceanfront balcony. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for accommodation of extra guests. There is TV with DVD, and WiFi is provided throughout.
On the upper level you will find the master bedroom which has direct access out to an oceanfront balcony. This bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and there is a full bath provided for the two bedrooms. On this same level you will find another bedroom set up with 2 twin beds.
There is a single garage on the ground level where you will also find the laundry area for the home.
This is a great oceanfront location at a bargain price.
Dogs (only) allowed with a $175.00 per dog, non refundable fee.
