Want oceanfront convenience without the oceanfront price? Try this very nice, well kept 3 BR 2 Bath first floor (above parking) condo at a reduced rate. We offer this 3 BR condo at the low rates of most 2 BR units because of its limited ocean view.

The non-smoking condo sleeps 8, is decorated in cheery colors and comes fully equipped for your stay at the beach. Tile floors run throughout. The living room has a TV, and features a queen sleep sofa. Just in case you can't leave all your work back home, there is also free WiFi throughout the complex.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, private master bath and a door to the balcony. The second bedroom offers a double bed while the third offers a set of twin bunks. The second bathroom is accessible from the main living area.

For families who always need to throw something in the wash, you will appreciate your own stacked washer/dryer right inside the condo.

The St. Regis Resort is loaded! When you are ready to head outdoors, you'll find that you have one of the shortest walks to the outdoor pool and to the beach! Since the entire St. Regis complex is oceanfront, there are no roads or parking lots to cross as you juggle all your chairs and toys to the sand. If you vacation with kids or want to get some swimming exercise during the cooler seasons, you will LOVE the luxury of the complex's indoor pool and large hot tub. There is also an on-site fitness room equipped with weights and a treadmill. Outdoor charcoal grills and picnic tables are available.

Sorry, but no pets are allowed anywhere on the St. Regis property.

So if you spend more of your time ON the beach than trying to watch it through your windows, you will find this condo offers a lot for the money. Book at this great rate today!

The indoor pool at the St Regis is still under construction and there is no definitive opening date as of the time of this posting.

According to the St Regis Homeowners Association, the main outdoor pool will be open for the summer season.

Response from the manager We are so sorry the elevator was a nuisance to you during your stay. We understand you were staying on a first floor unit and the elevator was probably not very important in your case however for the guests staying on upper floors it is very important. I would suggest if you make a return trip you may ask the reservationists where the elevators are in relation to the particular unit you are inquiring about. This could very easily solve that problem for you. As far as the St Regis itself, we feel it is well kept even though it was constructed in the late 80's. The exterior was completely re-done about 5 years ago and all the grounds look very nice and are well maintained. The Homeowners Association is very diligent in making improvements and keeping the development up to date, however with all oceanfront developments they face harsh elements with the salt air environment. We appreciate your visit and hope you will come again and hopefully we can solve the elevator issue outside your door.
