Description
Four Winds Villa is a spacious, modern 5 bedroom villa directly on the sea with large private white sand beach and sheltered lagoon. Family owned for 25-years and completely renovated and decorated in 2012, this is an ideal vacation home. The villa is located in the secure neighborhood of Old Fort Bay about 3 miles west of Ocho Rios and close to Dunn's River Falls.
The villa opens into a spacious living room and sun room with sliding doors that open onto the lawn and lead out to the large fresh water pool and spa. A separate formal dining room seats ten with tall arched windows opening to fresh sea breezes and is directly off the living room. Also downstairs is a large family room. This spacious indoor/outdoor room overlooks the swimming pool and is perfect for lounging or informal meals.
Bedroom Configuration:
All the bedrooms have full bath, air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, iPod Docks, Bose Sound Links large closets, safe and ceiling fans.
-Bedroom 1- Master- Upstairs Queen size bed with en suite bathroom with tub-shower combination. Sea view.
-Bedroom 2King size bed with en suite bathroom with out doors shower and tub-shower combination. French doors open directly unto a private seating area next to the spacious lawn facing the sea and pool.
-Bedroom 3Two twin size beds with en suite bathroom with out doors shower and tub-shower combination. French doors open directly unto a private seating area next to the spacious lawn facing the sea.
-Bedroom 4Two twin beds with en suite bathroom.
-Bedroom 5 Second Master Suite Downstairs King size bed with en suite bathroom with tub-shower combination – handicap accessible – French louvered doors that open to the covered veranda by the pool.
Outdoor recreation includes a large freshwater pool, infinity hot tub, large sandy private beach, sheltered marina, ocean-side gazebo and well maintained, lighted tennis court. The villa has wi-fi, cable television, video, CD player and stereo system. Four Winds is set in two acres of private gardens.
The villa has a full staff, including cook, housekeeper, butler/gardener, and night security.
Additional amenities include: computer available, laundry, generator, high chair, tennis, crib, cd, hair dryers, butler, wedding/events.
