Response from the owner How ironic Rashid that your review for Airbnb said "One of the most beautiful homes we've ever stayed in! Our group of 6 spent a wonderful thanksgiving here. Memories for a lifetime. Thank you Sade" Now you are making false claims that the towels are frayed, which are the towels on the Pool deck not the towels in the bedrooms. Reason you are now making false claims is because your conduct at the Villa was "atrocious" and the Owners stated that they would not accommodate you and your group again, you left the Villa filthy, and never even had the decency to leave the housekeeper a $5 tip. As a manager of the Villa we care for our staff greatly and expect guest to do the same, especially when they leave the Villa in a terrible mess. Your review was left with Airbnb on the 7th of November 2017, potential guest can read the review on Airbnb and confirm that you are not telling the truth on your stay at the Villa, I rest my case!

Response from the owner I am sorry Mara that you experienced low pressure with the water but unfortunately the pressure pump wasn't working properly due to corrosion from the salt air, which the owners have now replaced with a more sophisticated pressure pumping system to ensure our guest do not experience any low water pressure whilst staying at Afibaview. We also had the few broken decra tiles replaced which was the source of the noise coming from the roof caused by the Solar water heating company whom carried out the maintenance on the water tank. I am the onsite manager and I only stay on property when we have guest to ensure your stay is comfortable & you are well taken cared of by our staff which I thank you for acknowledging there performance. My duties are also to address any issues that may occur & have the problem fixed at the earliest convenience by our local workmen which sometimes they are unable to address the problem immediately due to other jobs already in place. The allegation you made in regards to my vehicle been worked on in the parking lot that holds 4 vehicles, is totally exzaggarated as I was carrying out regular maintenance check, water, batteries etc which took maximum 5 minutes. Afibaview is an Oceanfront Villa with a private court yard swimming pool, perfectly located 5 minutes along the outskirts of Ocho Rios Resort Town and situated on an edge of a cliff over looking the beautiful Caribbean Sea with panoramic views throughout the Villa. Walking distance to Restaurants, bars and local supermarkets and just five hundred feet from the main road. Perfect for guest who choose not to rent a car & use public transport giving our visitors the best of both worlds. Yet far enough from the main road to be "tranquil, beautiful and also close enough to enjoy all conveniences!!
