This spacious 1900+ sf, 3 BR, 3 BA has the best location in the club. It is a private end unit located next to a pool, spa, lake and falls (see pic taken from the front door). Unwind with the 50" Plasma in the LR or 42" Plasma in the MBR. You also have use of the computer in the den, or hook up to free Wi-fi!

We are located in the upscale country club community, the Palm Valley Country Club, a gated, 1200 unit resort condo community located in Palm Desert, Ca.

Situated at the BEST LOCATION in the community, it is an end unit on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is the closest walk to the clubhouse shops, restaurants, spa, and salon of all 1...200 condos in the club. The above picture was taken from just outside our front door.

Enjoy the semi-private pool and spa and lake also seen in the picture just outside the front door..

You can walk to the popular "Pasta Night" buffet, enjoy a glass of wine at the scenic lounge, get a massage at the health spa, or get your hair done at the salon at the clubhouse just 100 yards away.

This beautiful condo has over 1900 square feet (enlarged Cottonwood plan) and has been remodeled with granite counter tops and tile floors.

Enjoy your evenings on the double-wide patio or watch HD on the 50" flat screen in the living room.

There are three bedrooms and three separate bathrooms.

The Master has a king-sized bed and a 42" Plasma TV! It has its own walk in closet and private bathroom, and the second bedroom is a suite with a queen-sized bed and also has a private bathroom.

The third bedroom has been converted to a den and has a pull out wall bed. Another bathroom is just outside the door of the den.

A 50" Plasma with HD Cable TV in the living room offers hours of available TV enjoyment.

Just outside from the living/dining area, the largest covered patio in the club sits. It is located right on the #1 fairway on the Championship Course and has a stainless steel BBQ grill for cookouts.

What else is there to do in the area?

Shop the exclusive shops of El Paseo in Palm Desert, find entertainment and bountiful buffets at any of the local casinos, ride the tram, golf at any of the myriad of courses in the desert, go to the theatre, the art galleries, and the museums.

Whether you spend your vacation poolside next to the condo, or venture out to all the activities the area has to offer, it will undoubtedly be a vacation you will not forget.

  This spacious, well-stocked and attractively appointed end unit is a true pleasure to stay in. Views from the patio facing the 1st fairway are amazing and even when it was 95 F at noon we enjoyed eating lunch outside. We had the pool, which was literally a 10 second walk from the front door, to ourselves much of the time as there are so many within the complex.
  
  The entire complex and the condo itself are maintained to a high standard. Security and clubhouse staff are professional and helpful and, of course, Ed is a pleasure to do business with.
  
  We would recommend this condo to friends and look forward to a return visit ourselves.

  Excellent weekend getaway

  If your looking for a nice, quiet weekend getaway with your friends or just you and your spouse, I would highly recommend staying at Ed and Mary Jane's very nice and clean vacation home. Their back patio faces the golf course. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are just steps from the front door. There is a very nice bar-b-que on the back patio. There is also a very nice 42" or 46" (not sure) flat panel television in the living room (in case your favorite sporting event happens to be on). We have stayed there for the past 4 years and have never been dissapointed. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

  A great base for Coachella music fest

  What a gem!! We stayed here the weekend of Coachella Music festival and enjoyed the house immensly! Plenty of room, stacked with all the necessities, located right on a beautiful golf course. It was a joy to have breakfast on the patio overlooking the georgeous grounds and dip into the hot tub that's 30 seconds away to soothe away the hours of walking and dancing. The living / dining rooms have plenty of space to mingle or even just sit back on a huge sofa with a book and put your feet up! Wireless internet is easily accessible and is a great convinience.
  
  Ed is a pleasure to deal with. Definitely highly recommended, and we would love to come back again.

  Our Oasis in Paradise!

  Warm, balmy days...breezy evenings...beautiful sunsets on the golf course...and the best Friday night buffet in town! What more could we ask of our stay? The Master Suite had a bed that's on par with our Select Comfort (and THAT'S saying a lot). What's not to love about the open, airy floor plan and it's convenient location to the club house. Although we're not golfers, we enjoyed the "show" on Saturday mornings as the golfers lined up for their "race" to the green!
  
  The pool is only a few steps from the door, allowing for easy refills on the drinks. We love going this time of the year when most people feel it's too hot. Plenty of privacy in the pool, and quiet evenings for enjoying the company of friends on the patio. We hope to make it a regular annual retreat, as it's a short drive from the LA area.
