Park City, Utah is a vibrant, lively and thriving mountain town, just 35 minutes east of Salt Lake City International Airport. This highly accessible winter (and summer!) destination town is home to the yearly Sundance Film Festival and was a host of the Salt Lake City 2002 Olympic Winter Games. As you make your way to Historic Main Street in the heart of downtown Park City, you will observe the easily recognizable and world-class mountain resorts: Canyons Resort, Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Ski Resort. The big 3 resorts in Park City were all named by SKI Magazine readers to be among the Top 10 resorts in Western North America. Deer Valley took home the #2 spot, Park City Mountain Resort was awarded the #5 ranking and Canyons Resort was named the #10 resort. This September, Outside Magazine rated Park City, Utah the #1 ski town resort of all time.
Park City is one of the top travel destinations in North America and much of the United States for skiers, snowboarders and families, who are searching for the “Best Snow on Earth”. Apart from the wintertime of skiing, snowboarding and the Sundance Film Festival, the summer time is also filled with activity. Outdoor concerts, hiking through the Wasatch National Forest, sightseeing from the top of Empire Pass, golfing at one (or all) of the pristine local courses are a regular occurrence in the neighborhood and what Park City locals enjoy everyday.
Historic Park City Main Street is a prosperous business district that offers endless access to local and luxury mountain experiences. If you are looking to enjoy an original dining experience at any one of Park City’s restaurants and breweries, immerse yourself in the arts and cultural venues or spend some time shopping the boutiques, Park City’s Main Street is such a place. Historic Main Street also offers access to numerous art galleries, a variety of activities for recreation and signature events year-round.
The possibilities are endless and we hope this guide proves useful for any organized or open-ended plans that you may have during your visit. Marquee events in the town include the sensational Sundance Film Festival, Park City Arts Festival, Savor the Summit and the Tour of Utah (stage[s]) with other seasonal local favorites’ like Park Silly Sunday Market, July 4th Parade, Miner’s Day Parade and Howl-a-Ween in October.

Very large, well-located, over-decorated condo, but no TV.

There are two large bedrooms plus a huge loft with two extra beds.
You can't get closer to the Snow Park lodge and lift area unless you are willing to pay for ski-in/ski-out. Each of the BRs has a whirlpool
tub which we did not find appealing, but there is a private hot tub on one of the two decks. There are pictures and pillows and knick-knacks everywhere! We could not get the TVs to work. Rental people sent someone over who could not get cable service working. Read more
Thank you for staying at our Deer Valley Powder Run property and for sharing your feedback; it is very much appreciated and necessary for us to continue to update & maintain the home.
It is great to hear that you found the property to be well situated to Deer Valley Resort; without a doubt it is very close to a ski-in and ski-out property. We hope that you found the two master bedrooms to be comfortable and spacious and are pleased that the hot tub on one of the two decks was convenient for you group. Following your review, I re-visited the property with regards to the HDTVs and I had no trouble with getting them to work. Following your experience, we will be leaving an information sheet on how to use them.
Again, many thanks for you detailed review and business. We look forward to your return to Park City.

This condo was terrific. A short walk to the Snow Park lift at Deer Valley and right next door to the St. Regis - which is a fun place to grab a drink or some food after skiing all day. The condo itself is very nice and quite spacious. We would definitely come back again! Read more

We had a great time and enjoyed the condo very much. It had everything you could possibly want. It was big enough to entertain guests, yet had a cozy feeling. Would love to rent again next year.

My family and I were very happy with the Deer Valley Powder Run condo. It was fabulously decorated, very spacious at almost 1700 square feet and pet friendly. Great location and within 2 minute walk to resort and on the shuttle stop to get to the other resorts. Wife loved the kitchen that was well stocked with ever appliance and an assortment of spices. Did not use the hot tub on the deck of which there were two decks. Would recommend for any family needing a great space and good location.
