New York421 Woodside - Amazing place!
Left on 04/25/2013 for a stay in April 2013
We visited for our annual guys ski trip - going on 15 years, each time a new location. This was handsdown the best place we've ever stayed, given countless locations all over the world. Erik is a great host, everything was stress free. The house if fantastic, everything you could hope for, great location, easy to find, get to and very hard to leave.

LondonGreat House in a Perfect Location
Left on 04/23/2013 for a stay in March 2013
I travel to Utah from the United Kingdom each year to meet up with friends for an annual ski trip. We usually stay on the main street in Park City, but this year we decided to rent this house. In short, this house was perfect! The house is extensively and comfortably furnished and is located on a great street just moments away from Main Street and the ski lift. We made use of the large outside grill and the clean, comfortable hot tub. The owner is very pleasant and the rental process was easy. I have already recommended this house to my mates and will be back again next year.

Los Gatos, CAPerfect Venue for Girls Ski Getaway!
Left on 03/28/2013 for a stay in February 2013
What an incredible venue for our girls ski getaway! Easy booking, groceries and booze on site when we arrived, flexibility with arrival and departure times. If you are searching for location, location, location then look no further - this place has it! Walking distance to downtown (down a long flight of well lit metal stairs) and even better ski in/out is less than a block away. Some of us in the group shut down the bars every night while others wanted to be ready to hit the slopes early...this venue was perfect because we felt safe walking home alone/coming and going as we pleased. We built fires every night and enjoyed an afternoon dip in the hot tub post apres ski... There was also plenty of space and privacy for some of our more high maintenance travelers ;). As an added bonus, the landlord was very accessible when we had trouble navigating the electronics. We will definitely return to this spot on both girls trips and with our families.

Wilmington, DEA standout among the many ski chalets I've rented
Left on 03/12/2013 for a stay in March 2013
The best aspects of this property are the little things. Lots of attention to detail -- the wireless printer for Liftopia tickets and boarding passes, Directv in every room, home-theater not only in the living room but in the master bedroom as well, giant trail maps on the wall, the well-stocked firewood, the great bedding layouts that accomodate many whipper-snappers on a multi-family trip. Erik's efforts in providing something more than a cookie-cutter ski condo abound. What's more, for the out-of-box stuff, five-star service was in abundance -- helping me with special arrangements so we could ship our skis there in advance of our arrival, a very reasonable fee for his local rep to stock our fridge, and putting a lot of thought into my special request for all his secret stashes of great skiing at Park City.
I'm happy to recommend this property -

Los AngelesThe best of Park City
Left on 03/07/2013 for a stay in February 2013
We stayed at 421 Woodside in Park City. Once we parked
our suv, we had no need for transportation, other than
the ski lift down the street. We walked to dinner and
lunch on Main St. The Post Office and shops are 2 minutes down the stairs. The ski lift is accessed by
walking down Woodside or climbing a set of stairs and skiing down to the town lift. At the end of the day, we
skiied down Quittin Time to the back of the house.
We really had a great time, cooked at home and watched some movies on the big screen each night. Very comfortable and very reasonable compared to other rentals
in the area. It was not a condo which made it feel like
home. -

Dayton, OHPark City Perfect !!!
Left on 02/12/2013 for a stay in January 2013
This was our group's 8th winter visit to Park City and this was our best housing by far. Communication with the owner was great all the way, the property was even better than advertised, and our entire stay was outstanding. And the one minor blip that arose (our fault) was handled promptly and hassle free. We look forward to many more visits here and recommend it very highly !!

Boston MAGreat stay in Park City!!
Left on 01/08/2013 for a stay in January 2013
The house was absolutely perfect for our group! Very comfortable for our group of 7, we loved the large rooms, hot tub and brand new game room. The location could not be beat- very close to Main St with all the the restaurants & bars, and a short drive to all the local ski resorts. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our ski vacation. Would definitely stay again!

Salt Lake CityFall Family Getaway
Left on 10/26/2012 for a stay in October 2012
This was the second time that we stayed at this property and I would highly recommend it. The house itself is very neat and clean, and everything you need for your stay is included like linens, towels, cookware, etc. It makes for a very easy and convenient getaway.
The location is perfect on a quiet downtown street but it's within walking distance of Park and Main which are where all the shopping and restaurants are. -

Left on 08/21/2012 for a stay in August 2012
We had a wonderful stay, everything was perfect. Eric was so easy to work with and renting the condo was seamless. The condo was spacious enough for our big group (9) and had all the comforts of home. It is a beautiful home and i can't wait to go back there. It is amazing how close it is to downtown park city. Literally a street over, and it sits on top of a hill so you look out over the valley. It is gorgeous. Wonderful views and would be incredible to come to in the winter. It is right next to the mountain, ski/in ski out. You will be glad you chose this one.

Southern CaliforniaPark City Vacation at its best!
Left on 08/06/2012 for a stay in July 2012
Our family wanted to take a trip to Park City for our a Summer getaway from Southern California. We could not have picked a more perfect home with a more gracious owner. Our trip was stress free and was everything we hoped for and more. Our family was able to fit comfortably and the amazing location of the home enabled us to split up while some hit the trails while others could walk downtown to shop! The home itself had everything we needed and more; Flat Screen Tv's in all bedrooms, spacious baths for each of us, a relaxing jacuzzi with lots of privacy, and plenty of space for us all to relax and enjoy our vacation! The owner made setting up the trip a breeze, he was able to make recommendations and dinner reservations as well as festival information as to what was going during the week of our stay. We had an amazing trip and look forward to staying there again this Winter without a second thought.

Wonderful townhouse steps away from all that Park City has to offer. Walk to Main Street restaurants and shopping and the town ski lift. My only complaint is that we didn't stay long enough.

Left on 02/23/2012 for a stay in February 2012
This place was perfect from start to finish. It was a smooth, easy process! I can't say enough good things, so I'll do the highlights: the house is easy to find, in the middle of everything (walkable to slopes and fun main street), stocked with everything one could need, and comfortable to boot! I would stay here on every Park City vacation, for sure.

I absolutely love it. I love the fact that I can ski to the lift and walk to the bars and shops on Main street. This in addition to the house being clean, spacious and a newer home. I would definitely go back.

Left on 12/11/2011 for a stay in January 2008
You could not get a ski house in a better location on a better ski mountain. The house is cozy and grand. With enough space to sleep 10 comfortably, has a full kitchen, washer dryer, multiple TVs, multiple bedrooms, a great dining and living room area and is two blocks from town.

Thank you for your review! We have made many improvements to the house including 4 new big screen TV's with Direct TV in all rooms. There are new upgrades to the furnishings and a brand new electric steam dryer was just installed. We would love to host your ski vacation again. Please check the calendar for availability.
