"The house was nicely decorated with a beach feel, but had wonderful artwork as an addition. The beds were all comfortable, the linens were clean, the washer dryer were just the right size, the table large enough to accomodate all of the family, grands included, the pool was clean, the area pretty much bug free which was a real plus. Except for the cold weather my family truly enjoyed the Quinn Cottage last week. We have tried to rent this for two years and it finally worked out! The furnishings were old school and great. It was nice touch to have usable kitchen cookwear because we cooked alot. I grew up vacationing in Myrtle Beach and am so glad to see the Old time values still apply instead of Condo City that has taken over up the coast. I wish Myrtle Beach would do a better job preserving what people come to the beach for. We don't want to be like everyone else.

The Quinn Cottage was a great place to stay with our family. Even our dog Sampson truly enjoyed the home or should I say Porch! Accomodations were wonderful, home interior decorations were very beachy and cute. We look forward to renting from Mrs. Quinn again.

My family and I stayed at Quinn Cottage for the first time in 2011. My little girl had just turned one and we (my husband and I, my parents, grandmother and aunt)spent our first vacation together with her. We had such a wonderful time that we decided to come back in 2012. This is such a clean, cozy, inviting, beach home and the pool makes it even more enjoyable. Not to mention, we love the screened in porch. In addition, it is such a short walk to the beach. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The location is very family oriented and that's a plus as well. We have created memories to last a lifetime. My grandmother is 88 years old and it has been a time to treasure having her to share this vacation with us and her great granddaughter. I hope to go back again in 2013. Thank you so much!

Quinn's Cottage was a wonderful homey place to spend our family vacation. With 4 children, the pool was a fantastic extra. Plus, you cannot beat the location on the 3rd row. You can look out and see the beach walkway. The two porch areas and outdoor enclosed shower made it easy for all 6 of us to have our own space and privacy. Thank you for sharing.

This was our first stay at Quinn Cottage and we loved it! The house was nicely appointed with a great pool and, most importantly, only a short walk to the beach. We have vacationed in Litchfield for over 30 years, and this place is our favorite. We are already booked for next year!

We all loved the house. The only problem we had was that the bunk bed room was difficult because we had young grandchildren with us, but that will not be a problem in the future. The house was nicely decorated with a beach feel, but had wonderful artwork as an addition. The beds were all comfortable, the linens were clean, the washer dryer were just the right size, the table large enough to accomodate all of the family, grands included, the pool was clean, the area pretty much bug free which was a real plus. All in all, we loved it. I would have gotten a larger house as we could have used another bedroom, but we made do, and it was great.

This cottage clearly shows the love and thought that went into remodeling what must have been a neglected property. The addition of two porches with an interior stairwell added usable space and made the cottage cozy. The eclectic beach cottage decorating was carefully planned to be interesting to the eye and comfortable for all. Great location at a quiet end of Sundial Drive near the boat launch and beach. The beach access is so close and the beach was quiet and clean. We had a wonderful time and loved the private pool. We booked our week for next year before we left. Great memories for us (the grandparents), our daughters, son-in-heart, and three little grandchildren! Can't wait for next year.

very comfortable and relaxing. Nicely furnished.
Only negative was that there was no hot water to the downstairs bath.
