This beautifully appointed home offers over 10,000 sq. ft of living space, includes 7 bedrooms, 8 ½ bathrooms, a large living room, a dining room, and a state of the art gourmet kitchen, the villa also features a media room, a fitness room, and adjoining spa, and a roof-top terrace with summer kitchen. The seven-bedroom suites each have en-suite luxury bathrooms, six have king-size beds and the seventh has 2 full-size beds.
The villa is eco-conscious, powered entirely from solar energy by day and Tesla technology in the evenings. All appliances have been chosen with this energy-saving philosophy in mind. Bella Vita is powered by an AI home system that makes Villa Bella Vita unique in St. Maarten. PLEASE NOTE! This pool is ONLY heated during the winter months between Dec 16 – Apr 15. The highest maximum temperature setting is 86F/30C. If you prefer a specific (lower) temperature, please inform us prior to arrival as guests are not allowed to adjust or change pool temperature settings.
The villa is conveniently located close to restaurants and nightlife and provides a dedicated onsite concierge to take advantage of the many activities that the island has to offer.
