“Amazing view !!” This is our tenth year staying at VistaRoyale and we don't want to go anywhere else. It has to be one of the most spectacular views on the planet. Every morning you wake up to arriving cruise ships, beautiful rainbows after a morning shower, the brilliant color of the waters in the bay. And your own private infinity pool, veranda and palm tree. New cabinets, appliances and countertop this year really upgraded the kitchen. It is a perfect property to get away, relax, and unwind. The new owners are easy to deal with and very accessible. Can't wait to return!

“Great stay” Took the family - wife and 3 adult children down for a week. Doug (owner) was easy to work with and being a fellow vrbo owner I appreciate a responsive helpful owner. Doug certainly was. The unit was clean and everything in good working order. The hurricane shutters were nice to keep the light out in the mornings as they stay on EST in the summer and it gets light about 515-530am! The complex was well maintained and their onsite manager Jim and sidekick Gina were great. Had plenty of helpful tips on how to/where to both on site and off site. Enjoyed an afternoon hanging out down the beach a few hundred yards at Honky Tonk. Tell Simon (proprietor/bartender) we said hello! All in all a great experience, highly recommend.

“Our 3rd anniversary” My husband and I had the pleasure of celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary at Tranquil Settings! Absolutely loved this place and glad we spent it nestled in Port Cupecoy! Beautiful decor in every room, loved all aspects of Tranquil Settings! The cleanliness and comfort of each room was remarkable! The location is perfect, relaxed on the patio lounge chairs at night enjoying the wonderful view, the pool is just a short walk away, and enjoyed going to the plaza as well. Looking forward to visiting Tranquil Settings again - definitely my #1 choice for our 4th anniversary!!

I want to come back

I have rented stunning villa Alize 5 times already and each time it has been an enchantment. Beautifully located in Guana Bay area, the view from the terrace (and the swimming pool) is amazing, overlooking the see. It provides 4 extra large master bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and wonderful sea view, two bedrooms fitting 5 beds each for children and teenagers (with en-suite bathrooms) and a last double bedroom (bathroom as well). A very spacious and clear kitchen, a cosy living-room and a large outside dining table . It is perfect for several families and friends, there is plenty of space to enjoy moments together and times resting quietly. There is all the comfort you need: air-conditioning, fitness room, garden gazebo, jacuzzi… The house and garden are beautifully maintained. Tastily furnished, the design gives a modern Caribbean atmosphere that makes you feel peaceful and relaxed. The residence is conveniently located 10 minutes drive from Philipsburg and close to marvellous beaches. If you do not wish to drive, you can walk down to Guana Bay beach and benefit from an immaculate and empty seashore. A drink on the huge deck facing sunset on a warm tropical night is something you’ll never forget. I was so pleased with this rental that I am returning this winter with family and friends. … see more

Best time of our lives!!

Love, Love the house and it's location. Claudette was great and a big help. There is restaurants and stores within walking distance. The house has satellite TV so you get alot of music channels and the sound system is Bose. You can use the phone to call the states for free. The house has pretty much everything you need. The only thing we didn't like was not having enough remotes for the gates and the number pads for the gates didn't work,no hair dryer, and the pots and pans could use an upgrade. We are in the middle of our stay, and just love this unit. This is our 5th trip to Porto Cupecoy, and each time we have stayed in a different unit. If available we will always come back to this one from now on! The decor is beautiful, owner uses the word tranquil on her description and it is all that and more. Very comfortable, very clean, well situated in the complex...I was concerned it might not feel private being on the ground level, but it was just fine, even a bit more private than a couple other units we have stayed in where the balconies look right at each other. The Villas on Great Bay ended up being more than great, the perfect match being close to Phillipsburg and still calm surroundings was just heaven, enabling the whole family to enjoy all the offers in the area. The couple that manage the place and the owners of the other villas was very helpful in every sense, helping us, first timers, to enjoy and explore the island very effectively. The quality of the villa we rented was simply perfect, and actually more than full filled our expectations. Wonderful villa with loads of ammenities

We had a wonderful time at this great property. It is spacious and great for multi-generational families. Being on multiple levels everyone can have some privacy yet still congregate in the common area where there is dining and seating for all. Many rentals have only small dining room tables etc. This is not an issue and the kitchen is very well equipped. The deck is large with a beautiful view and the house pool is great for escaping the heat. There are safety measures for those with small children too which is peace of mind. St. Martin is known as the "friendly island" and it lived up to its reputation. It's wonderful that the beaches are public and not hidden behind massive hotels. The local beach Dawn Beach is very nice and great for kids. It's only a short drive to many other wonderful spots as well. I highly recommend a visit! … see more
