Description

This cozy and very convenient 'Ground Floor' 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom home is the perfect family rental to enjoy South Padre Island to its fullest. The Condo has a large flat screen TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. One queen size bed in the main bedroom and one twin bed and a queen size bed in bedroom #2. There is a vertical washer and dryer center conveniently located in the home and close to the bedrooms.

The beach is just a brisk walk (about 4-5 minutes) East from the condo. South Padre Island main street is half a block away to the West, very close to several restaurants and novelty retail stores.

A wonderful and refreshing semi-private pool (shared by only two the units) awaits you and your family when you come back from the beach. The patio also features a stone picnic table and tropical patio furniture, all surrounded by year-round flower beds.

-Swimming pool is not heated - This property is registered and holds an occupancy permit with the city of South Padre Island - House-trained pets allowed through a small pet fee.(2 max) usually $59 per pet. If it was not included on the original quote, it may be charged after reservation is booked

Guests will be provided with a starter kit containing toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent (when applicable), coffee paper filters and a few trash bags. It is recommended to bring personal toiletries, additional supplies and beach gear including beach towels. The pool is not heated. This property does NOT allow parties, events or external visitors.

The side door has direct access to the swimming pool area. There is assigned parking for 2 vehicles in tandem in the driveway. There is also a portable charcoal grill in the patio (first come first serve basis).

I am local... my wife and I live about 25 minutes away and are available if needed. I have installed an electronic lock on the main door, and will program a personalized access code for you (which will only work for the length of your stay). So... no keys are required. Also, I have been compiling a binder with information, which is at the condo, for your benefit. I have listed my favorite restaurants, addresses and phone numbers among other information.

Roomy and clean. Really enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking this same property next summer. Restaurants nearby were excellent. Beach less than 5 min walk and very convenient.

Response from the manager Thank you for the feedback! DONE! New silverware and pots and pans have replaced the old ones! (By the way, we do this periodically, and as needed...also glasses, dishes and of course linens!)
