Welcome to Our Big Boulder Mountain/Lake Home W/Boulder Lake Passes
Our home is completely renovated from top to bottom. Everything is fresh, new and ready to enjoy. Every detail of this home was thought out to make it the perfect family vacation getaway for our family and YOURS! The home includes central heat and air conditioning in all rooms.
Take in all the beautiful views of Big Boulder Lake and ski mountain from the floor to ceiling window in the main floor two story living room. Sit back and enjoy the oversized, 10 foot long leather sofa with the comfort of a cozy fire at touch of a button. A 46' LED TV and DVD will help you enjoy your downtime. Plenty of seating in the dining room and breakfast bar. Create your own meals in the well equipped remodeled kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances.
You will find the views from our deck to be peaceful and each season brings a new view! There is a dining and seating area for you to enjoy as well as a new gas grill.
Refresh in a king size pillow top bed in the Master Bedroom. All bedrooms with new blankets, pillows and new plush carpet. Master Bedroom has 40' Wall mounted LCD TV. The attached master bathroom has separate powder room area, spacious Jacuzzi jetted tub and separate shower. Plenty of space to pamper yourself.
Upstairs includes 2 bedrooms both with LCD TVs, and 1 full bathroom.
The lower level is perfect for a kids retreat or a second family. It can sleep up to four people with two twin extra long beds (can be pushed together) An easily convertible full size futon can sleep two. A 42' swivel, LCD TV with XBox, makes this a family friendly hangout. This lower level suite is complete with a full bathroom and laundry area.
Enjoy four seasons of year round activities. In the winter we are .4 miles from the Big Boulder Ski Lodge which is open day and night on the weekends and holidays and nightly during the week. You can also enjoy Jack Frost Ski resort which is minutes away and both locations also have snow tubing.
In the summer enjoy the Mountain Lake Club with the eight guest passes provided. The Amenities there include, fishing, swimming, boating, tennis, beach, playground and parties. Lake club is seasonally open Memorial Day-Labor Day with additional weekends
All year long visitors can enjoy the local attractions such as indoor water parks, outlet shopping, casinos, antiquing, miniature golfing, nature hiking, local state parks, and much more. But please take time to appreciate the abundant wildlife and foliage that makes the Poconos a picturesque paradise.

“Grands Vacation in the Poconos great”
The house was very nice, it had all the amenities that we needed my grand children had a awesome time . We just could not find a park so they could have played basketball.
