The LV Premier Chiado Apartments CH8 is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Lisbon, in the fashionable Chiado neighborhood. The apartment was recently renovated and features a contemporary decoration with neutral accents and modern layout. It accommodates a maximum of 5 people. The apartment has 3 large windows facing a quiet courtyard parallel to the bustling pedestrian street Rua do Carmo. The apartment has an open living area, with a generous open kitchen, wide comfortable sitting area with a large TV and dinning area. The bathroom, albeit small, is bright, modern and equipped with a shower. Apartment is equipped with AC and heating. This vacation rental apartment is the perfect option to discover Lisboa, with all major attractions such as Bairro Alto, Praca do Comércio and Alfama less than 10 min away on foot. Easy access to all transportation, including the metro and railway stations with connection to Sintra and Cascais. The building has 2 elevators. Pet Friendly (fee applies)

Response from the manager Apartment has been rented continuously during the last year without any report of issues and actually great/ raving reviews in all the sites we advertise. When guest reported moldy smell, apartment manager went to apartment and could not smell anything. While it is possible to have mosquitoes in Lisbon during the summer we did not find any nor anyone in any of the other 8 apartments we have in the building reported anything that weekend or any other time. As we take these matters seriously, myself and operations manager inspected apartment a second time and nothign was found. We also had our maintenance manager go separately and nothing was found. We informed that the walls are made of brick and his hypothesis would only apply to cardboard walls. The guest sent us the following suggesting that they wanted cash vs reviews "VRBO is asking for a review of our stay and we would have to leave a negative review. We hope to hear from in regard to compensation for this problem..." As we never “bought” reviews and our great scores are earned through hard work, we decided against offering compensation. Note that none of us (contrarily to what the gentleman claims), or previous guests, could replicate the issue. Also as a FYI and also informed the gentleman- We do accept credit cards on arrival in Lisbon. We are disappointed that this had to come to this and the uneducated tone of the review. When there is an issue we do evaluate the problem and if appropriate offer compensation. But we will not fall into extortion and blackmail using false accusations. By the way the group that used the apartment the day Nicholas departed, left today and could not find neither smell nor mosquitoes....
