Description

Set in elite Ploče area, this two-bedroom apartment offers a spectacular view. The apartment’s large Juliet balcony is set overlooking the island of Lokrum and Old Town Dubrovnik. One of the most famous hotels in Dubrovnik, Grand Villa Argentina, is just a few meters away while the Old Town is within 10 minutes walking distance.

The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms with wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, the second with a bathtub), a living room with a dining area hosting a table for four. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two additional guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a dishwasher. The lounge area opens onto a spacious balcony with table for five and a sun lounger; this balcony is the real highlight of the apartment, which offers some of the most outstanding views in Dubrovnik. Private parking is available in front of the building. Amenities include BBQ, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, LCD TV, SAT TV, DVD, stereo, Wireless Internet access, A/C in the living room, dining room and 1 bedroom.

Historic Old Town and the famous Banje beach are 10 minutes away on foot, the apartment offers an ideal location for those who seek to wake up with a splendid view and be walking distance from the center. The nearest supermarket and ATM are located 300 meters away. The building has a short external stairway (20 steps) with an internal stairway of 20 steps that leads up to the apartment, which is located on the second floor.
