Hilltop 365 is a stunning, luxury, very private, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath, new and modern hilltop home, with 3000 sq ft and heavenly panoramic views from 3 decks. It is nestled on 2 acres in the heart of Paso Robles wine country. Located on the west side, it is only blocks, and within walking distance, of the downtown wineries, restaurants and shops. This contemporary, professionally designed home, with 3 king master bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms), and 2 queen bedrooms, boasts an open floor plan with high ceilings. Some bedrooms have private entrances and private view decks and one is even a studio set up with a secondary kitchen. Come enjoy the beauty of the home and the area.

Please note: This is not intended to be a "party" house but rather a luxury property and the 10PM Paso Robles noise ordinance outside is also enforced.

Paso Robles has become a sophisticated wine region with around 300 wineries, and you will enjoy your close proximity to Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo and Hearst Castle, making 'Hilltop 365' your perfect getaway destination.

How do damage deposits work?
