This beachfront Spanish style 600 sq. mt. (6,900 sq. ft) home in an acre land with 30 meters (100 ft) beach front is the largest property in Pochomil Viejo, a 1.5 km long and 50 mt wide private beach.
2 story home with 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms. 4 bedrooms have a view to the beach.

Large pool with whirlpool, driveway into the beach, 2 large porch with hammocks. Endless beach with only private homes. Within 5 kms of town. Ping Pong table, large bar with barbecue grill.
Take a jog on the beach, go to the natural ocean waterfalls, drive a quad motorcycle on a deserted beach, buy fresh fish from the local fisherman's market, cool down at the pool, grill on the BBQ, play ping pong, soccer or cards with the kids, watch turtles lay eggs.
