Picture a romantic, seaside cottage with a lovely large deck, set on a hillside overlooking the harbor... catching the summer wind, salt air and sounds of seagulls as they drift up from the harbor.

Open living space - large living room with sliding door onto large private deck overlooking the harbor, separate dining room with harbor view, 2 bedrooms (queen beds), pull-out queen sofa. Gourmet kitchen. 1 full bath. Artistically furnished & decorated. Quality cotton sheets and towels. Washer/dryer and all the amenities that make for a comfortable, convenient and relaxing holiday.

Located between 2 beautiful beaches, close to Rocky Neck Art Colony, downtown shopping, minutes to Rockport and train to Boston. Smoke and pet-free. Sleeps 4-6. (Children 13 and over welcome.)

Getting around

Best way to see the sights is by car... everything is pretty close around here. Train to Boston 1 mi. (1 hour ride). There is the local CATA bus that travels around Cape Ann (Gloucester and Rockport) as well as a water taxi that goes back and forth across the harbor, from downtown to Rocky Neck.

Interaction with guest

Hank and I live right next door and we're on hand most of the time if you have questions or need suggestions. We enjoy getting to know new folks but are also respectful of their privacy.
