3BR / 3BA - (K/K/2Q,D,3S) Sleeps 12 -"Reid's Roost" is one house from the corner of Jenkins St and Palmetto Blvd. An easy walk straight across to a beach access. This home has a unique floor plan with wrap around deck areas facing Palmetto Blvd on both floors. Nice water views from both levels! The 1st floor is divided into the living area (as you enter on the left), into the kitchen (right center), and then the dining area on the far right. All rooms have views of the ocean right across Palmetto Blvd. And access to the first floor deck from the living and dining areas. A large bedroom is located down a hallway behind the kitchen. The staircase to the second floor is in this hall, before you enter the bedroom. This bedroom has a king size bed and TV. There is also a hall bath with a stall shower on this floor. A staircase leading to the garage area of the home is accessed from the kitchen.
Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms, both with water views that open onto the 2nd floor sundeck. The bedroom down the hallway to the right has a king size bed and private bath (tub/shower).There is also comfortable seating in this room and a TV. The bedroom to the left upstairs is very large. It has 2 queen beds, a double, and 2 singles. A small alcove area to the right front of this room leads to a small bedroom(facing Palmetto) with a single bed. Across from this room is a private bath (tub/shower) with a 2 sink vanity. This bath is easily accessed from the large bedroom. The washer/dryer is behind doors in the hallway on this floor.
