Perfect LOCATION to visit all the main places on the French Riviera ESSENTIAL AC during SUMMER !!!!!The apartment is at the ground floor of a twin provencal villa in Cannes Le Cannet. 60 m2 separated in 2 independent apartments both available for holidays rental.( At the first floor it is a 3 bedrooms apartment. You can find it on the flipkey tripadvisor website: certificate of excellence 2014 )

2 single beds ( 90 and 90 cm ) large cupboard,2 bedside tables, flat TVBrown BEDROOM separated from the main room by a japanese wall

* 1 queen size bed, bedside tables, hanging wardrobe, library

LIVING ROOM * l sofa * armchair DINING ROOM * Table and chairs for 4 pax, can be set outdoor during warm days, all the lunches can be taken in the garden terrace.

KITCHEN - fridge, freezer - traditional ovens and stove - gas cooktops and one electric ring - toaster, kettle and coffee maker - washing machine - dishwasher

BATHROOM: family bathroom with soap, shampooing etc - bath, - shower in the bath - washbasin, - toilet, - bidet, hair dryer, weigh scales

LOCATION- 20 minutes drive from nice airport- close to the beaches - close to cannes center- 4 minutes drive from le cannet center- 10 minutes drive from the highway All within 5 minutes walking distance:- For 1,50 €, bus to the palais des festivals, the cannes station, center of Cannes, late night buses in summer and for major conventions FIF. Palm Express bus stop / 10 min easy walk, and buses every 10 minutes all day long.- Le Cannet town center (restaurants, typical shops, grocery, cafés and Bonnard museum).- Bakery, pharmacy, grocery and other storesAnd all of this within easy access of nice airport (20 minutes by car) beaches (10 minutes), the internationally famous croisette, the "rue d'antibes” and the cannes palais des festivals. Ideal for visiting the whole cote d'azur (saint-tropez, monte-carlo, nice, estérel, lérins island, etc.). Also strategically located for attending the world-renowned july jazz festival in juan les pins. And the mountains are only a 90 minutes drive away...We hope you will have a wonderful stay.
