“Fantastic apartment, plentiful facilities, great location!! 5/5!” This apartment is simply fantastic. I stayed here with my new wife on our honeymoon. It has everything we would have needed and more. It was clean, tidy and well equipped. We were picked up at the airport by Elisabeth (property manageress), and then dropped off at the apartment and she also showed us where everything was in the apartment. She also gave us a lift back to the airport at the end of the holiday. Elisabeth deserves a gold medal! She was so nice and helpful. The apartment itself is located in the old town, just on the edge of the castle hill. It was a great location with local shops close by. Including a superb fromagerie (Lou fromai) From the apartment we walked around the beach/bay to the port where we could easily catch a boat cruise to nearby Monaco. Aurelia was a great host and really took care in making sure our stay was just what we needed. Thank you!!

“a spotless little oasis” Every thing was great with a few exceptions, The view from the balcony was very poor. the ceiling height in the bathroom could be a real problem if you were tall. could not recommend this to anyone over 5ft 10ins One or two niggly problems in the kitchen therefore difficult to cook any sort of a meal

“One of the best holidays - lovely apartment, fantastic location,” I couldn't believe how quickly we got to the apartment from the airport, it was all very easy and a very warm welcome when we got there. It really is right in the heart of Nice, so near the shops, the beach, museums and galleries. And after a hard day sightseeing, such a comfortable, clean and spacious space to come back to. I will definitely visit again.

“Nice, clean newly refurbished apartment in great location!” First of all, communication and booking the apartment with Patrick was very easy and he always responded quickly. Before the trip he gave us all the information we needed about the apartment and how to get there from the airport etc. He was there to welcome us, showed around the apartment and gave advice and tips for example about restaurants. The location of the apartment is great! It is easy to access from the airport by bus and within walking distance from the old town, beach, the harbor, railway station etc. Also the tram stop is very close to it and you can rent city bikes nearby. There are great restaurants right next to it/nearby, Carrefour and Monoprix for groceries are very close too and the Cours Saleya Flower Market is a great place to get some fresh vegetables, fruits, bread and many things more in the mornings. The apartment was very quiet and there were no noise coming from the streets as the windows point to the inner court. The only downside is that you have to take quite a few steps to access the apartment, because there is no elevator (in case that is a deal breaker for you). The apartment itself is nice. It's clean and newly refurbished with a great modern kitchen, that has everything you might need for cooking on holidays. To be able to use the washing machine for the laundry is a great advantage also. There are air conditioners and flat screen TVs in the kitchen and the main room, which worked perfectly. We really felt like home during this holiday and would definitely recommend this apartment for couples, small families or 3-4 ppl.

“beautiful in every way” service was excellent and we appreciated the fact that the rep Bart, was a local Nicoise man and a true gentleman. The apt. was in a beautiful peaceful and bright old building- truly french. We loved the classy and spacious interior , the stunning views and the chic location. The only downside was that we had our 18 year old daughter come to stay with us on the last 2 nights and she used the lounge to sleep which was very comfortable except for the noise from outside. She was unable to sleep all night. However the apt. is meant to be for 2 only and the bedroom was really quiet and peaceful so we cant really complain. Overall we were delighted with the apt. and would just love to go back there again (it worked out very expensive for 4 nights, but would be better value if we got a full week)
