Seafacing balcony, with lift, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine and airconditioned bedroom Overlooking the Port opposite the promenade directly gacing the dazzling blue Mediterranean , yet only a five minute stroll to Nice Old Town.

At home in the apartment you will love the soft colours, high ceilings, chandeliers, and tall french windows which make Coco so stylish along with the luxurious furnishings. It's a big apartment, (600 square ft) , and has a lift to whisk you and your luggage up to the second floor of the beautiful and historic building.

From the two enormous squashy sofas in the living room (one a double sofa bed) and the super comfortable 160 cm bed in the cool, quiet air conditioned bedroom everything has been planned to make sure you feel at home. There is fast wifi, a large wall mounted flatscreen TV with Blu-ray DVD and CD player, and for any winter stays there is central heating with warm rugs on the sofas.

The separate kitchen-dining room has seating for four, a full size hob, oven and dishwasher, cutlery and crockery for six, fully equipped for cooking, including an espresso machine.and even a small electric hand mixer!

The smart modern bathroom has hand basin, full size bath, shower, toilet and bidet with ample storage for your toiletries and the laundry room houses the washing machine.

The bedroom backs onto the Chateau hill and is cool calm and quiet, with air conditioning, a ceiling fan and enormous wall to wall cupboards for all your gear, Last of all there is a car park for car drivers but public transport in Nice is good, inexpensive and frequent.

A five minute stroll from your front door takes you to the flower/ general market of the Old Town,or an alfresco lunch in the Nice Port, or watch the world go by with an aperitif in Place Garibaldi, like the French do. If you're feeling energetic,You can explore with BLU BIKE from right outside the front door, hire a segway or rollerblades, or walk to the top of the Chateau Hill and enjoy the best views of this green and beautiful city.

You will have a phone number for any queries, and access to the central Nice office of our management company where friendly staff are on hand to advise you seven days a week on the best Nice has to offer.

Lignes D'azur provide both Tram and Bus transport in Nice and we recommend downloading the app - available for iphone and android - in order to get the best and most up to date information. For train travel there is a equivalent TER app, which gives train information in real time.

“Location, Location, Location”

Location, Location, Location! Stayed in this lovely , traditional apartment in the last week in September and had a wonderful week. Weather was ideal and the views from the balcony were fantastic; we loved sitting having lunch or just a glass of wine watching the world go by – all human life is on display here! As my husband is not too well it was important to us that we found an apartment that was comfortable and well situated for getting around Nice and this apartment ticked all the boxes. Jean and her team were very helpful in arranging a pick-up from the Airport and Christophe met us at the apartment to show us around and explain how things worked; great thought has been gone into providing everything we would need and we were very glad of the ‘welcome pack’ to get us started. We enjoyed using some of the restaurant recommendations in the comprehensive information file that Jean left in the apartment. Christophe also explained the procedure upon leaving and happily agreed to book a taxi for our return journey and as our flight was late in the evening we so appreciated being able to remain in the apartment until the taxi called; it is this thought and consideration that is important for us. Nice is a lovely place with lots going on, it offers the type of holiday that can be both a quiet, relaxing break or an active vacation with lots of sports and places to explore – whatever you want it to be. We hope to return in the future and would have no hesitation in returning to Coco Palace Bellevue.
