Oceanfront and newly decorated - 2/BR 2/BA Beach Front deluxe flat has two king size master bedrooms - each separated by the living area with two full baths along with fully equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining room. Oceanfront Master Suite includes a private entrance. Sleeps 4 - 6 adults (possibly more with children)

This condo has the convenience of the ground floor with a fantastic oceanfront view. And it has two covered patios with comfortable seating and a table for outdoor dining.

Your reservation includes full use of the Sailmaker pool and amenities at no additional charge. We also offer a resort card ($100/week) which will give you full use of the Beach Club Pool and Tennis as well as discounted golf at The Golf Club of Amelia.

View fantastic sunrises and romantic moon rises over the ocean from the king master bed room suite, the living room and both patios of this spacious oceanfront Sailmaker Condo in Summer Beach Village.

How do damage deposits work?

If Brenda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
