Description

A well furnished, perfectly located one bedroom self catering luxury apartment in Camps Bay. It has a separate entrance from the off street parking area along Camps Bay Drive. A flight of stairs leads down from the parking to the front patio of this magnificent vacation rental. Breathtaking views of Bali Bay are visible from all the rooms.

The apartment is compact and has an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The lounge has a comfortable sofa, a casual chair, a coffee table, flat screen TV with full DSTV (Satellite) bouquet and DVD player.

The dining area with a table and four chairs and the open plan kitchen are perfect for casual entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen has quality appliances, including glass-top hob, under-counter oven, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom has a bath and overhead shower. Large sliding doors open up onto a protected sun terrace with a splash pool.

Enjoy the outdoors by relaxing on the sun loungers or dining on the patio at the entrance.

Both the bedroom and the living areas have air conditioning.

LOAD SHEDDING BACK UP

What is Powered: All of the lights, the entertainment, wifi including the fridge, and the plugs in the lounge. Hours are usage dependent.

What Isn’t Powered: All the plugs in the kitchen do not work during loadshedding. The airconditioners and the geysers are also excluded from the power backup

This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
