NOTE: There are no outside visitors allowed - this condo is just for the guests renting

This luxury rental sits high atop Dana Headlands with whitewater views that stretch on for miles. Dolphin and whale sightings are common from the patio of this condo. Take a stroll down to Strand Beach via the path right below and catch a wave. This condo has been highly upgraded including slate tile floors, stylish furnishings, and upgraded kitchen appliances. The cozy living room has comfortable seating and takes full advantage of the view while offering the comforts of a fireplace or watching a large flat screen TV. Dine alfresco on the front patio and catch a dip in the heated pool that is shared by only 8 units. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable master bed, TV, dresser, and privacy shades. Attached to the master is a full sized bathroom with shower, guest bathroom off hallway. The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds and TV. Inside washer and dryer plus a full shared laundry room in back. Located just south of Laguna Beach, Dana Point is one of California's jewels of coastal living with its close proximity to LA and San Diego and all major theme parks: Disneyland, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Lego Land, San Diego Zoo and Sea World. Three world class resorts are less than one mile away at the St. Regis, Ritz Carlton, and Laguna Cliffs Marriott. Enjoy all the water-oriented activities in Dana Point Harbor: swimming, sailing, surfing, fishing, whale watching, jet skiing, kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding. How do damage deposits work?
