"Northern Lights has everything you look for in a vacation home! 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, plus a great Game Room and Hot Tub!! There is plenty of space for 12 of your very favorite people. This home has All of the bells and whistles! Endless hours of entertainment in a luxurious space that will house your whole group comfortably and in style! Kick off your shoes and relax, you have arrived for your beach vacation!"

- Large Living room - Very large gathering space for 12 of your favorite people! It has sliding doors to back deck & Gas BBQ a Cozy fireplace, and lots of seating. There is a overhead projector and built-in surround sound speakers + Smaller TV.

- Dining area - The ultimate family gathering spot, a beautiful farm dining table with benches, that opens to kitchen and living room. Perfect for great meals and Game Nights!

- Bedroom 1 - The kid's room sleeps up to 3 / bunkbed and pull-out trundle bed! With children's books, toys and a small desk

- Bedroom 2 - Comfy Queen Bed and sliding doors to Hot Tub area

- Bedroom 3 - Comfy Queen Bed

- 2 Full bathrooms

- Laundry area with washer and dryer in hallway area

UPSTAIRS:

- TV lounge - The 2nd floor opens to a den-like landing with PlayStation gaming console, DVD player and two fold-out futons.

- Dogs OK! $90 Dog Fee per pup - per stay.

- NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home and due to High Fire Concerns, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved or concrete surfaces
