This stellar home has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, is ON the River with a Private Dock, Multiple decks, Huge yard, Game Room, Horseshoes and a new Fire table that overlooks the Expansive Backyard! Did we mention it's only a 10 minute walk into Guerneville or a 2 min drive?"

- Living room - w/ Sofa Sleeper - Sliding doors to back deck overlooking backyard and River, cozy wood burning fireplace, New large flat screen TV - Comcast Cable/Smart TV and Mini Bar w/ sink, blender and wine glasses…you only need to bring the fun!
- Dining room - Opens to Kitchen. Large table seats 8 - Great for meals and game nights! Sliding door to back, large decks overlooking the Expansive yard and River!
- Bedroom 1- Primary Bedroom w/ Comfy Queen bed, Flat screen TV. Private Bathroom
- Bedroom 2 - Comfy Bunk beds with trundle under it & twin daybed. Sleeps 4. Great Kids Room!
