Description
Delightful modern, airy and spacious studio located 25 steps from Salis Beach. Stunning views of the Mediterranean and Alps. Easy frequent access to CANNES FILM FESTIVAL and MONACO GRAND PRIX. Within walking distance of Antibes town for local markets, shops and supermarkets. A good choice of restaurants in all price ranges. Easy access to NICE AIRPORT and TGV RAILWAY STATION. Ideally placed for exploring the coast from St Tropez to Italy.

The apartment is a large studio with a "night corner" (alcove for the bed). The studio is 30sq mtrs in size overall and has a separate kitchen and bathroom.
The sofa bed has two memory foam mattresses in addition to the normal support. According to our repeat guests, it is very comfortable.
Please note that 2 bath towels and bed linen for one bed are provided within the price. Linen for the use of the second sofabed will incur an extra charge.
Beach Towels are NOT provided.

We endeavour to present this property in the highest possible standard. The furniture is clean and white.
To avoid excessive cleaning requirements and to maintain the high standard, we regret that we will not accept children, pets or smoking on any part of the property.

The apartment has a large South facing balcony with a view over some pleasant gardens. Standing on one end of the balcony, one can see the sea with the Alps behind. Very pretty when there is snow at the top of the Alps (year round except July and August).

“Holiday”
It was a beautiful appartment and Mike and Catherine made us feel truly at home ....Location is perfect for beach and fine resturants .. Idealy the only thing missing was Air Conditioning .. Wouldnt worry about it in May or October but was needed in july

Response from the owner We are sorry that you did not find the studio to your complete satisfaction. You have drawn particular attention to our “No Smoking” policy. With all due respect, our listing specifies this clearly and furthermore we reminded you of this before you booked when we sent you an email. You responded by email before booking that this was acceptable. Your comment that the studio is not equipped with a TV is accurate, but the Fridge does have a small freezer compartment. We find it hard to understand your complaint about a lack of shelf for toiletries when the bathroom is equipped with two large wall cabinets. We are surprised that you found the sofa bed narrow and low. When you left, your wife said that she had slept very well. Thank you for choosing our studio and your positive comments.

“Lovely quiet little flat right by the beach”
Nice little place within walking distance of the old town, twenty metres from sandy beach. Very pleasant owners who went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful.

“'A wonderful find'”
We had a wonderful 10 days in Kate and Mike's studio apartment in Antibes. The apartment and location was exactly as it had been described. The apartment has been beautifully renovated in a white decor and is an absolute haven of peace and calm. The studio is at the back of a small apartment block and benefits from sunshine all day. The beach is just across the road but none of the noise carries to the apartment. It is a two minute walk to Cap d'Antibes and from there we were able to find numerous quiet spots to sit and relax and take in the wonderful views of Antibes and Nice. The coastal path is absolutely beautiful and we walked for miles enjoying the scenery. Mike and Kate provided all the information for visiting the area and also details of travel from Nice airport to the apartment - the bus was very convenient and the local Antibes navette stops directly outside the accommodation. Mike and Kate were exceptional hosts and we definitely would hope to stay in the studio again. Colette & Mike

“Perfection!”
We stayed for 1 week and have never received better hospitality in a self catering property. Before we arrived we had a detailed information guide with all the bus and taxi information to make getting there easy. This said, it is very simple to get to the studio from the airport. On arrival we were greeted by the owners, who were very friendly and helpful. The studio is bigger than it looks in the photos and has all the essential facilities. Whether you like to spend the day on the beach, or like to tour around this studio will meet your requirements. We travelled to Monaco, nice and Cannes on the train, and each evening we found a different restaurant to dine in. The old town is walking distance, or you can catch a bus for 1 euro. I would definately recommend this studio to anyone and will be going back. My only worry about writing this review is that you will all go and then it will be fully booked!!!
