Luxury villa, 500 sqm, ideal accommodation for a family at a holiday, 3 floors +a roof terrace, fully equipped and beautifully furnished by a well known designer, outdoor swimming pool, self catering, include master bedroom with its own large roof terrace, enjoys spectacular Mediterranean sea view.

The house equipped with a separate air condition for each floor, wireless internet (Wifi), TV sets with international channels in most of the bedrooms

The first floor, 140sqm with a luxury marble floor, is a big living room, include a dinning table for 10-14 people, a full equipped kitchen, study room, guest bathroom, maid's room with a separate entrance and maid's kitchen

The fully equipped, modern kitchen include Amana double door fridge, microwave, oven, dish washer, dishes/plates and kitchenware etc

On the second floor are 4 bedrooms, include one suite and two bathrooms with Wc.

On the third floor, located the Master suite, with a king size bed, modern new bathroom and Wc and its own large roof terrace with spectacular sea view.

On the roof of the house which covered by wooden deck, located a very special hot tub spa, with a spectacular Mediterranean Sea view and panoramic view of Herzelia Pituach.

The basement, include a play kid room and laundry room
