This luxurious home ideal for families with kids, for couples and friends, boasts a beautiful large tranquil tropical garden enjoying country & sunrise views. The designer finished property boasts 3 x double bedrooms (see further below for bedroom description), a modern kitchen and 2 x bathrooms, an outdoor garden shower area, plus a sitting & living room area. Dine 'al fresco' on the large terrace to the exotic sounds of nature. A short 5 minute shaded walk by a beautiful mangrove will lead you to the stunning Mirissa Beach.
Crack open a coconut (a beer or a pina colada) & lay back in a hammock & experience yet another beautiful sunrise or the 'full moon' rising over the paddy & cinnamon fields whilst listening to the exotic ambience oozing from the jungle.
The garden is a paradise for watching wildlife. I've seen a huge variety of exotic animals & birds by just sitting on my terrace, such as finches, kingfishers, parrots, humming birds, woodpeckers, peacocks, black & brown monkeys, mongooses, porcupines and regal monitor lizards walking across the lawn. At night time the jungle sounds & ambience changes...the fruit bats fly silently above whilst the tall mango tree in our garden is visited by hundreds of fireflies.. a truly magical experience!
