Church Cottage is a traditional flint cottage adjacent to the Grade 2 listed All Saints Church. This peaceful location endows a sense of calm and relaxation within a warm, amenity-filled holiday home with space and facilities for all your family, friends , children of all ages + dogs too. From upstairs there are open views over the Morston Salt Marshes towards Blakeney - 2 miles away. The Anchor Pub is one minute away - the coastal path + Morston Quay with seal-trip ferries to Blakeney Point is 5 minutes walk.
From Church Cottage you have access to miles of open sandy beaches at Holkham and Wells - maybe hire a beach hut for the day; enjoy .... a unique bird-watching environment along the whole of the North Norfolk coastline; sailing and messing about in boats; crabbing, kayaking and paddling from the quayside at Blakeney; swimming in the North Sea from the pebble beaches at Cley and Salthouse; view works of art in the many nearby galleries; enjoy the delights of numerous delicatessens and so many excellent public houses and restaurants; or just take a stroll, long walk or sit in the garden under the glorious blue skies of Norfolk.
Accommodation comfortably sleeps 8 in - 2 super-king double bedrooms; 1 twin bedroom + 1 adult-sized bunkbed room, with 1 family bathroom (drench shower + double-ended bath) +downstairs loo. The kitchen is highly equipped with all utility requirements of washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, food fridge, wine fridge + separate freezer. Ample crockery/glasses/cutlery for at least 3 times the guest quota. Off road parking for up to 4 cars; large garage with pool table, table tennis table, darts, beach accessories, crab nets + buckets. Garden safe for children and dogs. BBQ, garden tables + chairs. Dog day kennel for shade + drying off time !
