Description

This apartment is located on ground floor of Villa with 3 apartments, in quite environment which approx 5 minute walk to the beach (pine forest, stone and pebble beach, little restaurant and shop), and walking to the old center of the UNESCO protected town of Trogir city take 10 to 15 minutes (through walking area).
Has two elegantly designed rooms,one bathroom ( with washing machine), living room, fully equipped kitchen and a big terrace in front for relaxing.
Villa Roza is surrounded by forest so at the same time you can listen birds singing and watch a breathtaking sunset.
It can suit 6 persons, or less and has sea view.

We offer :air-condition, TV SAT; wi-fi internet; bathroom, kitchen, and beds is all equipped. Car park is located in front of Villa. We also have a BBQ which you may use during you stay.
