2 br / 1 bth sleeps comfortably 3 adults, unforgettable view, simple Kitchen terrace to enjoy cocktail every sunset or your own catch of the day, peaceful neighborhood, take a few steps 3rd floor from the beach to dive into the ocean, or a short walk, only 3 blocks down the hill to downtown, where you will find every interesting point in the city life, Market, Church, Bank, Medical, Pier, Museum, Schools, Galleries, music festivals every week, fine and common restaurants and bars, all family oriented place. if you are sensitive to Noise from waves and downtown please consider earplugs. no phone pool clock or parking. instead a grand ocean front view and a quiet calm beach.

100 restaurants within 3 blocks, corner store well supplied, convenience store 2 blocks away and main fresh market 3 blocks away. no need for a car. if you have mobility issues please consider all this is a hilly town, please see pics.

this is a hill with many steps involved, 3 floors above ocean level by stairs from the beach or a climb on a steep st. take taxis when carrying enough groceries but have no trouble pushing our baby stroller. If you have difficulty walking please consider a taxi 40 pesos to anywhere downtown (3 dlls) we can call for you from the front desk. Walking is good for your health though everyone does

this is only a rental property, i live 10 minutes away and always available at a cell phone call distance, please let me know if you have any special plans or requirements to happily come visit and take you where to get the right thing.
