Description

The guest house is perfect get away for a couple and a lovely place for a vacation with the family.

The unit has a large master bedroom, with two American sized beds, a living area with a sofa, dining table and an equipped kitchenette.

There is a bathroom with a jacuzzi.

The loft has 6 large comfortable matresses for your kids.

The house is fully air conditioned.

There are two Synagogues in the town. Both very beautiful and inviting.

There are kosher restaurants, dairy and meat.

From the porch you can see the Hermon mountain and the Golan Heights.

We have wireless connection for your internet pleasure.

We are half an hour from the sea of Galillee, Tiberius the Golan Heights and Metulla.

We take orders on a nightly basis (minimum 2 nights) or for longer stays.

Response from the owner In the 7 years that we have been running a zimmer, we never had a disappointed guest. I feel terrible that your experience by us was anything less than perfect. When I met your husband in the morning, I asked him How everything was. He said that everything was fine. I then asked him if you needed anything and he said no. Had I been aware of your suffering I would have taken extreme measures to make sure you had a quiet second nite! But alas, not knowing that anything was amiss, we did go to Haifa and much to my dismay, my 86 year old aunt let the dogs out in the evening! Yet again if you had called me when they started barking, I would have found a way to get them in the house and you could have slept royally, but instead you just became angrier and more upset as the barking continued. What you forgot to mention in your review was how apologetic I was, how sincerely awful I felt and how I offered to refund ALL or some of your money. You told me that you would like to pay for one nite as everything was really ok till the second nite. As for the absenteeism, check in is at 12:00, you came after 4:00. Checkout - you left without a word. I was available at all times for you, you just had to let me know that you were having trouble, I would have done anything and everything to make you happy and satisfied as I do with all my guests. I hope you had a safe flight home! As promised I will refund your money as soon as I get information from you that will enable me to do that.
