The unique geographic position of Mogliano (in the heart of Marche region) allows you to fully enjoy both majestic mountains and blue flag sea side. The town offers you all the modern facilities like banks, post office, supermarkets, cafè, bar, typical restaurants, all you need, but still untouched by mass-tourism.

The MARCHE region:

Surprising and wonderful in its diversity, this region of central Italy displays its beauty on all sides: cliffs and caves overlook unforgettable beaches, hills steeped in history, tradition and culture, against a backdrop of mountains with well-equipped facilities for ski lovers.

Hills and mountains embracing the Adriatic side of the Appennines, with low-lying, sandy beaches, long expanse of fine golden sands surrounded by the crystal-clear waters of Senigallia and Numana, with its numerous lidos and pleasant walks along the shore. Pesaro, Fano, Civitanova Marche, Porto San giorgio and San Benedetto del Tronto are perfect if you’re looking to unwind and recharge in one of the many fashionable resort.

For those who love extreme nature, on the other hand, Riviera del Conero offers amazing views and patches of still unspoilt land, which at times can only be reached by sea or via paths carved out of the green Mediterranean scrub.

Monti Sibillini National Park is a peerless spectacle for trekking enthusiasts.

Frasassi Caves is a must-see for tourists from all over Europe and of great interest to cavers because of the karst landscape created by these awe-inspiring caves.

Farmhouses, fortresses, castles, monasteries, churches and medieval village with the hospitality of times gone thanks to which you will enjoy an unforgettable holiday experience combining Italian nature, art and culture.

The WHEATHER in Marche Region:

Marche region has a Mediterranean climate, the weather in this region of Italy having hot summers and cool winters but whatever the season, the weather in Le Marche provides the home owner with a beautiful backdrop to this ever changing landscape.

From Mid March Marche temperatures often shoot up into the 20's and most days are filled with warm sunshine, however the region tends to have one or two cooler days each month with rain or drizzle.

Summer in Marche is hot and dry and, after a few showers in May, there is normally very little rain until late September. Some years, after very hot weather from mid July to mid August, brief but spectacular electric storms may occur. Whilst these can be accompanied with heavy downpours, they often occur without rain.

Autumn in Marche is warm and balmy and amazingly beautiful. The majority of the time the weather is still good with temperatures still over the 20 mark into November and sometimes December. The landscape coloring becomes more autumnal and is coupled with spectacular sunsets at this time of the year. It is time for harvesting grapes and olives, for venturing out from you Italian property walking, wild boar hunting or collecting an abundance of wild treats from nuts to mushrooms and truffles.

Snow begins to fall on the mountains of Le Marche in late November/early December and gradually falls at lower altitudes as the winter progresses. The atmosphere is drier than in Northern Europe as the winter sun is higher in the sky and will warm you, irrespective of cold air temperatures. Whilst the ski season at 1500m can last 3 months or more, the snow at low altitudes usually lasts a couple of days.
