“Location, location, location” The very best aspect of this apartment was for sure the location - just a few blocks from Piazza Navona and across the bridge from the Vatican. This is a studio apt and three adults were very comfortable. The bed is actually a murphy bed, but adequate for a short stay. Bathroom is renovated and bright. Apartment was also on a quiet street, so no trouble resting after a full day of touring the sights. I have to add, though, that the kitchen is not very well stocked - just the bare minimum utensils/plates, etc. so plan ahead if you plan to cook. We had some trouble finding the place, and after some negotiating at the tourist kiosk, Olivia arranged for someone to come find us and escort us which was very much appreciated. Enjoy beautiful Rome!

“Perfect Roman Holiday” We had a perfect "Roman Holiday" this past week for our family of four. We loved the quiet pedestrian street that the apartment was located on. We were in very close walking distance to the St. Maria di Maggiorre where we were able to catch the hop-on-hop-off sight-seeing bus. A really beautiful area of Rome. We were also able to comfortably walk to the Colliseum and Forum area. Loads of restaurants, gellaterias, cafés and shops were just around the corner. The area is safe to walk even at night and clean. The beds were comfortable and everything that we needed was supplied for at the apartment (dish washer, washing machine, hair dryers, beautiful decor, awesome rooftop terrace, jacuzzi tub, great wifi that worked for multiple devices). We are a family of four and the apartment provided a perfect living space for my husband and I with our two children (13 year old daughter and 11 year old son). For a small extra fee we were able to use the pull-out bed for my son so he had his own personal space rather than share a bed with his sister. The arranged transfer to and from the airport worked out perfectly for us (75€ each way was well worth it). Elenora met us in a timely manner and spent 30 minutes with us getting us settled and showing us the details of the apartment. She spoke very good English. We purchased a portable wifi that worked great as we toured. We also purchased a multiple day tour bus pass and the Vatican museum pass through Elenora. The rooftop terrace opens easily by a power switch and really adds an extra charm to the apartment. We loved sitting up there in the evenings amongst the lemon and olive trees as we had our wine and cheese. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again the next time we visit Rome. This company was super easy to work with.

“Superlative accommodation” We stayed for three nights at the beginning of July 2011 with our three children aged 18, 15 and 10. The apartment is very roomy: a large lounge/dining room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside is a large balcony where we had breakfast al fresco in the morning before we set out to explore the city. The apartment is conveniently situated five minutes from the Metro and 15 mins walk from the Vatican in a quiet suburb with several excellent restaurants close-by. It was the perfect base from which to explore Rome. The air-conditioning, televisions and Wi-Fi made our stay comfortable, but apart from the excellent location, the best was the attention and superb service we received from Francesca Monteleone. She recommended sites and restaurants, and provided booklets and brochures. We would definitely go back again. On arrival, Francesca arranged a minivan to collect us at the airport and to drop us off at the apartment, for less than the cost of public transport. This worked very well for our family of five. On departure, we inadvertently left some stuff behind and Francesca took enormous trouble to get it to us, which was well beyond what one could expect. It was a home from home, with the washing machine a great help after a few days of travelling.

“Good location - friendly host.” The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Pino was extremely friendly and helpful with lots of good tips and information. He kept in touch by text throughout our week long visit. The area is local and not touristy, the apartment is set back in a block away from the road. There is a small supermarket across the road, and a market nearby and a good takeaway pizza restaurant. Access to the centre is very easy with a choice of buses and the tram only a few minutes walk away. The garden is a bonus for evening meals outside. When we stayed it was extremely hot, 38 degrees all week, there is a ceiling fan in the main bedroom but the other room where our sons were staying would have benefitted from a couple of portable fans. The mosquitoes were also out in force so I would advise plenty of deet insect repellent and citronella candles in the height of summer, there is fly screen on the main bedroom windows but not on the others. Make sure you pre-book the Vatican museums so you skip the queues which are very long, the bus around the corner takes you almost directly to St Peter's Square. It is also worth pre-booking tickets to the Colosseum. The park over the road is ideal for a leisurely Sunday picnic and makes a change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We would stay again but we would probably choose Spring or Autumn.

“Close to everything” Located just south of the Vatican, this apartment is close to everything. You can walk to attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. This is a very clean, safe, modern apartment with a caring, helpful host. It was amazing how close all our needs were. Just two minutes to restaurants, shops and pizzarias and within 5 minutes to the supermarket up the street. And a train station at the end of the street. The apartment has everything in it you could need and is tastefully decorated. when we return to Rome, we will stay here again.

“Fabulous!” Me and my boyfriend stayed here for our first trip to Rome. Everything was perfect from start to finish! The staff was helpful during booking process, we had a lot of questions before the stay and our e-mails were answered immediately with professionalism. We also tried the pickup service arranged by them, it's very effective and allowed us to reach the apartment with no worries!! Upon arrival Mary welcomed us with a kind smile and we knew right away we could trust her. She supplied useful info about the apartment and its appliances and gave us many tips about the area, the best restaurants and coffee shops. There is a wonderful grocery just opposite to the metro station where we fully stocked up during one week stay. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay. Staying in the suite allowed us to experience a slice of Roman life that would not have been possible had we stayed in a hotel! Gracie Nostromondo!

“Superior location and very comfortable accomodation with fast WiFi” Boschetto Cove was an excellent apt within a few blocks of Colosseum, Palantine hill, Roman forum, et., al. The clothes washer came in handy after a few days stay and worked well. The bed was very comfortable and provided a good nights rest. Marida the owner is a gem and ready to answer all your questions.

“Great apartment!” Listing 541670 We stayed in 4 apartments during our trip to Europe and this was clearly the best. The apartment was very convenient (5 minutes from St Peters), spacious, clean, and well furnished. We were 6 of us (5 adults and a child) and we had a very comfortable stay. There were several restaurants, many stores, and a super market close by. We were withing 15 minutes walking distance to several landmarks. The was a metro station and a stop for the sight seeing tour near by. I would strongly recommend this apartment to anybody visiting Rome.

“Loved the GreenSugar Home in Rome” After touring Italy and France for a month, staying in individuals' apartments, the GreenSugar Home was my favorite. Our family of 5 fit comfortably, and the kitchen was just large enough for us to cook in most nights. The neighborhood was a wonderful location, near one of the most fabulous local, open markets in the city, with plenty of other shopping available and easy access to the whole city. The host Cristina was a delight. Very responsive and helpful. Loved it!

“Amazing!” Just arrived back in Sydney after 10 days away. Our last stop was Rome, and what a great stop it was. We stayed in Gianmarco's apartment in Trastevere and it was spot on. Very clean and tidy, very well situated and is very easy to reach all the most famous places (Vatican, Piazza Venezia, Pantheon ... ) . The area has many good restaurants and supermarkets . A great place to stay and the price was very reasonable. Gianmarco himself was considerate and helpful and showed us around the apartment and gave us some great information about Rome. He was very friendly and was willing to help us with anything we needed. The apartment was great. It was clean, good location and able to accommodate 4 people very well. The beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment.
