Luxury apartment with relaxing warm atmosphere and breathtaking sea view near beach and city center.

This apartment is located on second floor of Villa Roza, in quite environment which approx 5 minute walk to the beach (pine forest, stone and pebble beach, little restaurant and shop), and walking to the old center of the UNESCO protected town of Trogir city take 10 to 15 minutes (through walking area).
Has two elegantly designed rooms,one bathroom, modern living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony for relaxing.
Villa Roza is surrounded by forest so at the same time you can listen birds singing and watch a breathtaking sunset.
It can suit 6 persons, or less and has amazing sea view.

We offer :air-condition, TV SAT; wi-fi internet; bathroom, kitchen, and beds is all equipped. Car park is located in front of Villa. We also have a BBQ which you may use during you stay.

How do damage deposits work?

If Kate (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
