Feel at home the minute you walk thru the door! This two bedroom home offers all of the comforts and conveniences of home with a modern yet rustic feel...perfect for the north country.
Tucked away behind Home Depot you will enjoy a very peaceful and quite setting, yet will be within walking distance to Settlers Green Outlet's and just moments away from North Conway Village and all that the Mt. Washington Valley has to offer.
The main level of the house has a wonderful open kitchen/living area....the ONLY bathroom and laundry room is located on the main level. Up the SPIRAL stairs are two bedrooms each with 2 queen sized beds!
There is a window Air Conditioner on the lower level. Upstairs one of the bedrooms has a standard size door with screen, the other bedroom has a window Air Conditioner...each bedroom also has a pedestal fan! Most of the time the evenings are nice and cool so the house is very comfortable!
The full kitchen and full laundry room can make your stay as stress free as possible......no waiting in long lines for dinner....or for that first cup of morning coffee.there is a Keurig so bring your favorite K-Cups!
The TV is located in the living room and uses a ROKU for streaming/viewing television shows. The ROKU has a guest account which enables you to log into your own Hulu, Netflix, HBO, Amazon or other accounts to watch your favorite shows and movies. All guest information is deleted upon check-out.
As always....location....location....location!
We are truly within walking distance of Settler's Green Outlet Village! In less than 5 minutes (by car) you can be in North Conway Village or Cranmore Mountain Resort. Story Land is about 15 minutes, Wild Cat Mountain about 20 minutes...Attitash Mountain Resort...about 20 minutes. Very convenient access to the North South Road helps avoid the traffic!
For the winter renter....you can snow mobile from your door...easy access to corridor 19. Plenty of parking for trailers also!
This is an ideal rental if you are looking for a quite place to relax and enjoy your visit to the Mount Washington Valley!

“Great location and attentive owner”
Peaceful and quiet location yet close to all amenities. Nanci was very attentive to anything that we needed during our stay. We've stayed here 4 years in a row for our annual North Conway trip.
